Mi è piaciuto la posizione ...centrale vicino alla stazione e a tutti i bus ... Hotel pulitissimo le ragazze alle reception sempre a disposizione e gentilissime ....camere pulite ed accogliente con angolo cottura,letto comodissimo..ci ritorneremo 🥰

Pros:

Great location, 1 min from Palermo Centrale and 6 min from Ballaro Market, great bed and room overall. Recepcionists were great, always smiling and willing to share few suggestions regarding Palermo and Sicily in general.

Cons:

As expected around main train station there are always strange people and little bit dirty. Noisy at times caused by garbage trucks collecting trash from local store, so bring earplugs for sleeping!

Das einzig Positive war meiner Meinung nach das freundliche Personal, auch wenn man mit diesem kaum Kontakt hatte. Außerdem war die Lage der Unterkunft relativ gut.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft sah auf den Bildern deutlich besser aus als in Wirklichkeit. Insgesamt wirkt alles eher alt und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht.

Der Balkon war ausdrücklich Teil der Zimmerausstattung auf Booking, durfte vor Ort allerdings nicht benutzt werden. Darüber wurden wir erst nach dem Check-in durch einen Zettel an der Tür informiert. Angeblich wird „daran gearbeitet“, allerdings war keinerlei Baustelle oder Arbeit am Balkon zu sehen. Während Gäste dort wohnen, erscheint das Ganze daher ziemlich fragwürdig.

Zusätzlich hängen überall Hinweise mit Regeln und möglichen Extrakosten. Selbst für die Reinigung der Küchenutensilien können zusätzliche Kosten anfallen.

Kleine Randinfo für zukünftige Gäste: Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das sollte man wissen, wenn man viel Gepäck dabei hat.

Außerdem war es nachts extrem laut. Trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man wirklich alles von draußen gehört. Dazu kam ein unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Badezimmer nach dem Spülen der Toilette, der auch längere Zeit im Zimmer blieb.

Die Betten waren leider auch nicht besonders bequem und haben bei jeder Bewegung stark gequietscht.

Insgesamt würde ich die Unterkunft für diesen Preis nicht noch einmal buchen.

Prima om te overnachten maar niet voor verblijf overdag.
Pros:

Het was rustig, bedden okay en alles schoon en werd ook regelmatig onderhouden tijdens het verblijf. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Ik vond het een donkere kamer, te weinig daglicht.
Slechts 1 dubbele balkondeur met ramen tussen bebouwing op een paar meter dus de verlichting moest steeds aan anders te donker. Badkamer was schoon maar douche met rondom douchegordijn, dat kan echt niet meer in 2026 zo’n plakgordijn die steeds tegen je aankomt.

The property is in an area that is not great , a very dirty area . It’s not ideal to arrive late at night as there are undesirable people all around the area . There was no reception staff either on arrival but it was late or when we departed .
The bed was so hard and uncomfortable .
