Cons:

I arrived to check in and was shocked to find that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice. I was not informed at all and almost ended up with nowhere to stay. The cleanliness is terrible, and the corridors smell bad. The food is poor, and the service is even worse. There are very few staff members, and the service is extremely poor. I will never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone. The price does not reflect the standard of the hotel at all.

Very uninspiring
Pros:

Not much. Breakfast was ok. Is just a cold business executive hotel with zero warmth or atmosphere. Staff just present not welcoming. No idea how it has 5 stars.

De absolutamente tudo. Achei tudo perfeito. Detalhes que fazem a diferença. Os amenities no banheiro, no quarto, a decoração, mobília, ar condicionado, chuveiro, cama e travesseiros perfeitos. Um dos melhores hotéis que já conheci.
