Fantastic stay! Such a lovely place. We'll definitely be back!
Pros:

The staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, but a special mention goes to Rosa, who gave us such a warm and fantastic welcome.

Communication via WhatsApp was also very convenient and efficient.

The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast was lovely, fresh and beautifully presented, and the rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel!

Pessoal do hotel foi muito solicito, quararto reservado estava com o chuveiro sem pressão, horrível. Eles mesmo em um horário tardio, era em torno de 22h, trocaram sem problemas e no novo quarto tudo certo.

Limpo, confortável, café da manhã bom. Recomendo. Bem localizado.

Cons:

Recepção fria e pouco amigável. Música muita alta na recepção e restaurante. Quarto precisando de reforma/reparo. Paredes com mofo e tinta descascando. Janelas que não abrem, cheiro ruim no quarto. Café da manhã razoável. Preço caríssimo para o que oferece, Não vale de jeito nenhum,. Total decepção.

Me hospedo no Canopy by Hilton há alguns anos e é sempre muito bom voltar. A localização é excelente, os quartos são sempre limpos e confortáveis, a equipe é muito atenciosa e o café da manhã é bom. É uma ótima opção e uma experiência que mantém a qualidade a cada nova estadia.

No geral, a experiência foi muito positiva e vale a pena pela qualidade do quarto e do serviço de A&B!
Pros:

Ficaria novamente no Canopy by Hilton, especialmente considerando o valor pago pela diária.
Quarto: Extremamente confortável. As camas, os travesseiros e o banheiro são excelentes e garantem um ótimo descanso.
Café da manhã: Maravilhoso! Diversidade enorme de opções, desde frutas frescas até uma grande variedade de pães e cafés.
Localização: Boa. O hotel fica em um bairro residencial e muito tranquilo, com ótimas opções de cafeterias e pizzarias para ir a pé. Não diria que é uma localização "excelente" para todos os perfis de viagem, mas atende muito bem.

Cons:

Ponto de atenção: A academia deixa a desejar. É bastante pequena e com poucos aparelhos, comportando bem apenas uma ou duas pessoas por vez para um treino básico.

Gostei muito das instalações mas não sei se voltaria pela academia e restaurante.

Cons:

A academia poderia ser mais bem distribuída .É extremamente pequena, sem espelho e nenhum espaço para alongamento ou exercício no solo.
Quanto ao restaurante, pedi um sanduiche de contra-file que tinha descrição linda. Para minha decepção veio com 2 mini rodelas de tomate brancas, uma alface murcha, quase zero de queijo brie além de uma péssima apresentação. Decepção total. Eu não arriscaria outro pedido de refeição no local.
