Awesome stay. Would highly recommend it.
Pros:

It was very comfortable and quiet. A less than 2 minute walk to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful patio to sit out and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Friendly and helpful staff.

A beautiful place to stay in Bar Harbour
Pros:

Location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Bed was so really high! Would have preferred that the sink be in the bathroom, not the bedroom.

Excellent property and people.
Pros:

Excellent location, park and walk all over. Beautiful building (Bass Cottage). Inn Keeper and staff were excellent.

I absolutely would go again and was very sad our visit came to a close.
Pros:

The property was stunning: decorated with a cozy English charm with all necessities provided. It was located within walking distance to lovely restaurants, ocean views and great hiking but still tucked away so as not in the tourist noise. Heavenly.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great location, walk right into town. Comfortable bed. Really nice lounging areas with fireplace. Included breakfast and afternoon treats.

Cons:

Not much not to like. Food was good, not great.

Love the decore and history! Staff was also super friendly and helpful!

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor and had a skylight right by the bed. The shade to cover it was white. We were blinded by daylight around 4:30am and were unable to go back to sleep. I would recommend changing the shade to a darker color to block out the early morning light!

Pros:

The previous reviews are right- this place is amazing! I will be coming back for sure. A cute and cozy cottage located right in bar harbor. The staff genuinely cared about each guest staying there, knowing us by name and having lovely conversation. The rooms were huge and very comfortable beds. The food was amazing, breakfast every morning with amazing sweet and savory options and great coffee. Every afternoon they had tea time with homemade treats. Cozy lobby to relax in and fantastic recommendations to local restaurants and spots to visit by the staff.
