Une de nos valises s’est cassée lors de notre séjour; une grande de 90L, je leur ai signalé que nous la laissions dans la chambre pour qu’il la mette dans leur grand conteneur à poubelle…. Ils m’ont facturé 1000¥ ce service, honteux de la part d’un groupe comme Hyatt
Great location, a washing machine is a big plus, and the kitchen is well equipped. Ideal for travelers who enjoy cooking while traveling.
Need to take one elevator to the lobby and then another to reach the room. Rooms without a view, can hear a little noise from passing trains.
Supa location and we all love the all you can drink bar
We mentioned we want extra bed not cot. Plus we provided our kids age, it’s impossible for them to fit in cot. It was alright they removed right away just a bit funny to see a cot while are kids are all too old for it

The hotel was conveniently located right next to the train station but was very quiet. There were free drinks offered all day, which was a lovely perk. The room was especially spacious and comfortable and clean

Short stay at the Hyatt House in Kanazawa. Location is excellent right next to Kanazawa station, walk to hotel 5 minus. Rooms were very comfortable with lots of space. We thought the hotel great value for money and especially enjoyed the free access to hot drinks as well as soft & alcohol drinks throughout the day. Plenty of eating options around the hotel.

The location was convenient to the main metro/Shinkansen station, and there were lots of eating options both within the building and within five minutes walk. The coin laundry facility was an added bonus, and the free-flow beverages in the lobby were amazing.
