Great location.
Pros:

Stay here! We had a two room suite and the price was amazing. This hotel is a great 4 star , convenient and clean and quiet. The hotel is located right next to train station which is a convenience in itself and close to great resteraunts. Would highly recommend..

The best apart-hotel in Kanazawa.
Pros:

Everything - location, Hyatt name, room size, facilities and cleanliness. One of the best apart-holtels I have stayed. We were driving and has a car. Parking, although paid, was in the basement with very easy access to apartment lobby and rooms.

Cons:

Nothing.

Stay at the Hyatt Centric Instead!
Pros:

Good location right next to the train station but an uncovered walk to enter the hotel while it was raining (same with driving, no covered entrance). The standard king room is just tiny, only stay here if you book an apartment for a longer stay. OTOH, breakfast was pretty poor quality, worst Hyatt breakfast I've had outside the US, so a long term stay would have been painful! Laundry facility was nice to have although it is an extra cost. Overall we should have stayed at the next door Hyatt Centric.

Extremely enjoyable stay! We would surely book the Hyatt House again.
Pros:

Great stay due to the spaciousness, cleanliness, and design of both our rooms and the public spaces. Plus, breakfast was fantastic. We looked forward to it each morning and enjoyed the many options available of both Japanese and Western dishes. And, oh yes, the location, so near Kanazawa station, made it super easy to get around the city and shop for anything we needed, whether groceries or an evening meal.

Cons:

Having to spend so much time doing laundry because 1) the drying cycle was 2-3 times longer than the washing cycle so one has to wait a considerable amount of time to dry their clean clothing while another must wait to start washing (since the first person's laundry has nowhere to go.) Perhaps more dryers would help?

Great stay with delish breakfasts!
Pros:

Our room felt both spacious and cozy, thanks to its thoughtful design, city views, and super comfortable beds. And the delicious breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to each morning. The great variety of offerings made it possible for us to enjoy our favorite foods: Western fare for my husband and Japanese fare for me. Should we travel to this area again, we would surely book again!

Fantastic comfortable, spacious, and comfortable hotel. Very helpful and kind staff. Would recommend.

We loved our room - spacious, quiet, clean, and well equipped with lots of shelves and storage!!! Plus the kitchen was a great asset.

Cons:

For 2 days the coffee machine in the lounge was broken.

Fantastic value for money Hyatt property in great location
Pros:

Great Hyatt property located next to the train station making it convenient. What stood out was the quality of the room and good world of Hyatt member benefits. We were upgraded to a suite and really enjoyed the stay. In addition, the unlimited drinks on offer from 11-8pm daily is another highlight - making this one of my favourite Hyatt properties- certainly from a value for money perspective. Kudos to the front office team!
