Not worth the price. Very budget.
Pros:

Good location - not much around the hotel but close to the park and centre. Nice bar area.

Cons:

No air conditioning, no tea or coffee facilities. No shower cap. Everything that is normally included in nice hotels was an extra charge here. They have clearly converted the factory into a hotel with the smallest possible rooms they could plan for. The bathroom was absolutely tiny and the door was essentially a screen with no seal and therefore no privacy. The cost is of a premium hotel but the reality is of a very budget stay.

Für unseren Kurzurlaub in München war es eine gute Wahl.
Pros:

Die Lage ist gut. Frühstück hat gut gepasst. Die Einrichtung ist ansprechend.

Cons:

Sauberkeit der Zimmer wäre noch ausbaubar.

Das Happy Hour Special, welches bei der Rezeption mit mehreren Bildschirmen angekündigt wird, hat dann nach Nachfrage nur für spezielle Getränke gegolten, obwohl auf den Bildschirmen verschiedenste Getränke beworben wurden.

Excelente opção para quem deseja ficar próximo dos pontos turísticos, porém em uma rua bem tranquila
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, em uma rua tranquila e próximo dos pontos turistimos.
A equipe nos recebeu muito bem e nos tratou com muita simpatia e respeito.
O café da manhã é muito bom, combastante variedade e qualidade dos alimentos.

Cons:

Fomos de carro, achei o estacionamento um pouco caro. Mas isso é relativamente comum na região.
A rua é muito tranquila, então conseguimos vaga a todo instante.
