とても綺麗でスタッフの対応もさすがの一言!
妻も大満足でした!
Localização perfeita, próximo a restaurantes e da Disney. atendimento dos funcionários incrível, cama uma delícia.
Faltou ter café da manhã incluso.
I loved how close it was to Disneyland. I also really appreciated the fact that I was able to get "late check-out", as that made my day a lot easier. Finally, I loved that there were a lot of really great restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, P. F. Chang, California Pizza Kitchen), very close to the hotel.
Nothing
The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, from valet to check-in to the bar. We were part of a waterpolo tournament, and they always asked how our day had gone.
Nothing at all
Nothing
I stayed here before few years ago! But I just stayed again and the rooms and service went down hill! Some staff is rude didn’t greet me and my family or help with luggage! Treated us like we didn’t belong! A manger walked pass me and my family while we were sitting waiting for uber I said hello, he said hi with his head! Then he walked away and yelled like a deep sigh extremely loud like frustration! The hotel stinks so bad!!! Smells like old bacon grease the moment you walk in! My room smelled so bad!! The toliet made noise all night and day! And the bathroom fan!!! So loud all day! I cut my trip early and booked a room at the Disney hotel! I was going to book with JW for a few more days but I left!!! Water in the elevators every day big puddles! Probably why the carpet stinks so bad like mildew! Spent almost $1600 and felt like I had to throw up! Now my daughter is sick!!! This hotel smells like mold wet carpet in the room and hallway I was room 1111 awful
Our family had a great experience during our late-June/early July stay at this hotel.
The hotel amenities were great, the vibe was very relaxed and rooms and accommodations were top-notch.
Almost to a person, all of the hotel staff members were exceedingly friendly, incredibly helpful and accommodating for any of the requests we had.
The quiet and relaxed vibe of this hotel, notwithstanding its relatively close proximity to the Disneyland Resort area (which makes getting to and from the parks really easy) , along the on-property amenities, and the shops, stores and eateries located at the adjacent Garden Walk make this a must stay for any families seeking a bit more of an upscale experience for their trips to Anaheim.
The JW Marriott Anaheim is normally our favorite property when visiting Disneyland Resort, especially when Disney's Grand Californian isn't available or reasonably priced. The location is excellent: an easy walk to the Disney shuttle stop at the Toy Story lot, with GardenWalk right next door for plenty of dining options.
Unfortunately, this stay fell short on cleanliness and service. When we checked in, there was leftover takeout in the refrigerator that had a strong smell, and we found loose pills near the couch and bed. That was genuinely concerning, and could have been dangerous for a family with young children. The in-room safe was also still locked from the previous guest, requiring a call to the service desk and a wait for an engineer to come reset it. Housekeeping on subsequent days was noticeably better and more thoughtful, so the check-in condition may have been a rushed turnover, but it's not what you expect at a JW.
Reaching guest services by phone was a challenge throughout the stay. The line was frequently busy, with hold times of 20 minutes or more.
The valet staff were friendly and helpful, but be aware there is no self-parking, and valet runs about $80 per night all-in ($69 plus $10.35 tax and a $1.38 fee), before tips. That's steep for overnight guests with no alternative.
The most frustrating issue was the resort food and beverage credit. At check-in we were told the daily credit could be used until noon the following day. On our checkout morning we bought breakfast to go at the cafe, and the credit was never applied. After leaving, I could not reach anyone to resolve it. Marriott customer service directed me to the hotel's direct line, but despite many attempts, no one ever answered or returned my calls. We eventually gave up and ate the cost.
We want to love this hotel, and the location and staff on the ground are genuinely good. But the room condition at check-in, the difficulty reaching guest services by phone, and the inability to resolve billing issues after checkout all need attention.
Great place to stay in Anaheim. Attached to shopping area and walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot.
Good sized rooms - very clean, newish decor/finishes.
Restaurant food was very good (ate there for dinner and breakfast). Note there is a $40 resort fee per night and valet parking is $70 per day. I booked through Chase credit card and they waive the resort fee and add a $100 credit. That all said, I thought it was decent value. I'm not sure I'd pay $600 all in per night otherwise.
We had a fantastic stay at the JW Marriott Anaheim. The location is excellent, with easy access to Disneyland and amazing views of the parks. One of the highlights of our stay was being able to watch the Disneyland fireworks and the World of Color show right from the hotel—an unforgettable experience that added a touch of magic to our trip.
Our room was modern, clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-maintained. The hotel itself is beautiful, featuring a stylish and welcoming lobby that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making both check-in and check-out seamless and stress-free.
A special mention goes to the M Club, which exceeded our expectations. The food selection was excellent, and the lounge offered breathtaking views of Disneyland and the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy breakfast, snacks, or an evening refreshment while taking in the scenery.
I would also like to recognize the General Manager and the entire management team for operating such an outstanding hotel. Their commitment to excellence is evident in every aspect of the guest experience—from the cleanliness and upkeep of the property to the quality of service provided by the staff. It is clear that strong leadership and attention to detail have created a welcoming, well-run hotel that truly stands out.
Overall, the JW Marriott Anaheim delivered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, service, and location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland or the Anaheim area. Well done to the entire team for creating such a memorable experience!
