I’m glad it was only for a night.
Pros:

The room was spacious. No bugs.

Cons:

It wasn’t the cleanest. Very loud. The staff gave my daughters room to someone else so in the middle of the night guests and staff tried to open their room. It was scary.

Derby weekend stay
Pros:

Overall the staff was nice and friendly. This is the staff that cleaned the rooms and the ones at the service desk. Really nice staff and comfortable bed. The price was a little pricey for Derby weekend but I guess that was understandable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was not a clear path in back of hotel to get to cars without having to walk in rocks or pebbles. Also the blankets apparently all have holes in it because I called myself replacing one for another blanket full of holes. There were stains in the tub and sink that apparently can’t come out.

Run Down and Filthy
Pros:

Nothing really.

Cons:

It was very dirty. The photos are deceiving. The units are very dirty and run down. Our room has just disgusting. Blood stains on the mattresses( and I knew better not to look because I couldn’t sleep there after but their sheets were small so they had moved throughout the night). Shower was very dirty. The whole things was simply run down and filthy.

Its a shit hole our room still had pubic hair in the shower and tube wasn't clean went get our money back they we already been there hour it's a dumb
