Convenient, but disappointing.
Pros:

The people in the main office were very pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel to restaurants and venues is great.

Cons:

The hotel is across from the street from a bar, so it's loud until about midnight. Also, it could use some serious love. The deck is broken and rotting, there a multiple broken windows. The shower in our room had about a foot long crack in it that had yet to be repaired.

I book on a Monday cancel on a Thursday after being unable to add an extra night prior to the night reserved well within 48 hours of the original booking yet no refund was given
I’m sure the room was booked out again so they didn’t lose money

All in all we had a great time and the room was ok for 1 night.
Pros:

It was ok. Clean and staff was friendly. Location good but not if you want to sleep at night, Wally’s is right across street and a lot of motorcycle noise at closing time. But very close walking distance to everything!

Cons:

Property needs massive overhaul. We were on second floor and floor was caving in in front of bathroom sink and in bathroom. Doors to nowhere, or maybe used to be connecting room, that wouldn’t lock Ugh!! Beds hung over edge of block they were on, hard, uncomfortable, and couldn’t sit on edge. No ice machine or ice trays in freezer to make your own. I thought it was very overpriced for state of the room, but I guess we were paying for location. 🤷‍♀️

Perfect for our needs.
Pros:

The room was clean, the staff was great and it suited our needs just fine.

Cons:

The location was rather noisy with the club right across the street and the loud cars and motorcycles going by but the noise did settle down after 11:00 so sleeping wasn't a problem.

Pros:

I liked the place, especially being across from Wally's. No driving.

Cons:

Well other than the fire alarm going off every 3 hours on Friday it wasn't bad. But it was fixed for Saturday. That's good. Being a carpenter, you could use some new cabinets.

The ocean view was beautiful and the staff was excellent.
Pros:

The staff were so great. They upgraded us to a nicer room and made our stay seem less.

Cons:

The apartment was clean but not aesthetically pleasing. It could use a new coat of paint and some new furniture.
