Pros:

Very clean, staff checked on us by phone.
The room has a espresso machine!

Pros:

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Self check-in made arrival and departure very easy. While it was self check-in, communication with staff was excellent - quick and friendly responses.

Very enjoyable town with as much or as little as you want to do. Worth a day or many more before heading on!
Pros:

Very quiet and cozy. There was a welcome basket! Shower had a lot of pressure. Walking distance to everything in town. The grocery store, restaurants, front street shops and the river walk.

Liked our stay staff quick to respond .a small space but made use of space with lots of hooks etc

Clean comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff quick to respond to questions or if help needed .
Liked the unlimited coffee available .

Cons:

Room very tight space. Not enough space for two stools to sit on. Not able to open a window and a bit dark on the west side of building.
More instructions needed on how to work a smeg coffee machine. Especially on how to empty grinds etc. I had to google instructions

Convenient to explore
Pros:

Good location to explore Dawson City.
Easy access with codes sent prior to arrival.

Cons:

Very dark room. One window which we couldn't draw the curtains on as open onto a parking area for the next door apartments.

Stayed 3 nights and room not made up.Bins not emptied. Only 2 large and 1 small towel provided. Washcloths were awful.

Pros:

Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and fridge provided. Locally owned and operated.

Cons:

The room was very small and dark (low ceiling, small window). It was clean with a comfortable bed but I was surprised it was the same price as other local hotels with brighter rooms twice the size.

Cute pet friendly room
Pros:

PET FRIENDLY :) Really comfy bed, luxurious rain shower, and tasty coffee in the room. Great location, short walk to everything downtown and the staff were available, friendly and attentive. Great plant based food too at their spa cafe next door. Second time staying here and will be back for sure.

Cons:

Bathtub was missing a couple pieces, including plug.
Would have liked cups for water in the room

Pros:

It was clean and warm

Cons:

Some maintenance issues and the advertising was a wee bit misleading. To access the spa facilities you had to pay more and it was about a block or 2 away from the accommodation. The spa was also not open for one of the days that we were there
