Very good value for money.
Pros:

Comfortable. And quiet.
A walking distance to few makan places. Alongside, got 7e.
Parking also easy.

Cons:

Stairs going up. Not cater for those on wheelchair.
Receptionist was not available all the time. I had to call to get towels. Luckily, there were some towels on the counter, and I was told to take them.

Need to improve
Pros:

The bathroom was okay; it looked clean, at least there weren't any strange insects. The shower water pressure was fine, and the toilet and sink were clean. The air conditioning was very strong

Cons:

We had mentioned beforehand that we would check in at midnight. However, when we arrived, we didn't see anyone at the front desk
But the problem was the sheets! Absolutely disgusting. The sheets were yellowed, which is understandable for a cheap hotel, and they probably haven't changed the sheets in years, but there were hairs on them—real human hair! I don't know which part of the body they were from. Not just one or two, but at least seven or eight... It was horrible... There was a yellowish liquid in the kettle; I don't know what it was… The soundproofing wasn't great, but it was tolerable.

Aircon is functioning

Cons:

Ask the housekeeping to clean the room when we we're out but when we get back the room still full of dust...the rubbish didn't take out...the TV is not functioning... water heater not working...no staff at the reception...have to wait for half n hour at the reception..
