Aircon is functioning

Cons:

Ask the housekeeping to clean the room when we we're out but when we get back the room still full of dust...the rubbish didn't take out...the TV is not functioning... water heater not working...no staff at the reception...have to wait for half n hour at the reception..

Cons:

One of the worst hotel located at Sitiawan. Cleanliness zero. Water didn't drain at the toilet. The room had bad smells and strong cigarette smell. When I requested to change room and talked about the problems we had, the manager was extremely rude. We checked out and didn't stay at the hotel.

Cons:

already contact the hotel in the afternoon for late check in at 9pm, but when arrived at the hotel, theres nobody at the check in counter, call the number at the counter for more then 10 times, but nobody answering the call.
waited for more then 20 minutes at the lobby.
