Sehr schöner Wienaufenthalt
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Straßenbahn hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Große, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Tiefgarage perfekt für das einfache parken. In Wien ist es nicht möglich frei zu stehen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Gutes Frühstück bis 11 Uhr morgens.

Cons:

Aufzug ist sehr langsam. Aber den muss man nicht unbedingt nutzen.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Great clean rooms, very spacious and a great location. Tram stop to the schweden platz ( near inner city) right in front of the building. So lovely to receive a bottle of water as a welcome gift.

Great atmosphere
Pros:

Overall, a fantastic stay at Rioca! I felt incredibly welcome and at ease throughout our visit. The atmosphere was wonderful, and I even saved the Rioca Spotify playlist to reminisce about our time there. Another standout detail was the signature scent at reception, which adds a beautiful touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. We would definitely stay here again!

Not what we expected
Pros:

The room was spacious and well-equipped, and there was plenty of public transport nearby. Checkout was also incredibly easy. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Our room had a bit of an ant and silverfish problem. People in the courtyard were noisy even past the quiet hours cutoff, as the cutoff was not enforced. The breakfast was honestly disappointing. Overall, the whole thing had more of a hostel vibe than that of a hotel, even though the room itself was nice. Weird clash of vibes.
