Pros:

Nettes kleines Hotel, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, groß und komfortabel. Die Zimmeraufteilung war gut gelöst, so dass trotz Unterbringung in einem Raum durch das mittige Regalsystem mit drehbarem Fernseher eine deutliche Abtrennung vorhanden war. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof. Es war dennoch erstaunlich ruhig, auch am Morgen.
Das Personal war freundlich und konnte bei Fragen kompetent weiterhelfen.
Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass der Kaffeeautomat bis 18 Uhr frei bedienbar war. Nach einem langen Tag mit viel Sightseeing haben wir uns auf den Latte Macchiato, die heiße Schokolade oder den Kaffee wirklich gefreut. Die leisen Vogelstimmen im Hotel haben dem mit Herzblut brasilianisch eingerichteten Hotel zusätzlich ein angenehmes Ambiente verschafft. Die kleinen freundlichen Hinweise auf den Schutz der Umwelt waren realistisch gestaltet und haben wohlwollend auf das eigene Verhalten eingewirkt, da sie zum Nachdenken anregten. Generell wurde den Gästen die brasilianische Lebensweise überall mit kleinen Infos und vielen Bildern näher gebracht.
Die Tiefgarage war mit dem Fahrstuhl super erreichbar und das Fahrzeug stand sicher. Die überall automatisch öffnenden Türen waren sehr praktisch und komfortabel.

Cons:

Leider war die Belüftung im Zimmer nicht gut. Auch im Sanitärbereich hat es sich sehr aufgeheizt. Bei 28 Grad Lufttemperatur aufwärts wurde es unangenehm im Zimmer. Nachts stand die Luft im Raum trotz geöffneter Fenster. Das hat den Gesamteindruck leider etwas gedämpft, weil es zum Teil nicht auszuhalten war.
Das Frühstück war okay. Es gab von allem etwas, so dass jeder fündig wurde. Ich fand es jedoch nicht besonders hervorzuheben. Da könnte vielleicht noch ein wenig verbessert werden.
Ansonsten war wirklich alles top und die Auszeichnung verdient.

Noc przy 40 stopniach bez klimatyzacji była koszmarem, który przysłonił wszystkie plusy hotelu.
Pros:

Czysty, przestronny, elegancki apartament. Smaczne śniadania. Bardzo miły personel. Dzieci zachwycone huśtawkami.

Cons:

Brak klimatyzacji przy 40 stopniach sprawił, że w apartamencie nie dało się wytrzymać i nie dało się spać. Do tego pod oknem co chwila przejeżdżał pociąg, nawet w nocy. Brak możliwości zamknięcia łazienki na klucz.

Die Lage war absolut super und die Betten mega bequem, das Zimmer aber leider nicht sauber. :(

Die Lage und auch das Design des Hotels sind absolut super.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer so garnicht sauber. Der Tisch war nicht abgewischt, im Bad waren schwarze Haare im Waschbecken und Seife/Lotion am Rand, der (Schreib)Tisch an der Seite des Zimmers war klebrig und es war auch noch etwas Klebriges auf dem Boden darunter. Die Fenster waren voll mit Hand- und Fingerabdrücken und auch der Kühlschrank war nicht ganz sauber.
