Basic but spotlessly clean room with air con
Good breakfast and clean restaurant with hot drinks facility also hot drinks machine in lobby
Good security access to lift,car park and bedrooms via room key swipe.
Not having facility in room to make own hot drink of choice early in morning.
The location was handy and we could park nearby.
The room was tiny, it smelled funny and the bed was against the wall on one side, which I hadn’t expected. We could have used extra towels and pillows. The air con turned itself on and off. We had to ask reception for a hairdryer and waited over 5 minutes for someone to respond to the reception bell.
The breakfast was sparse in terms of options and there were delays in staff tending to the drinks machine and pancake machine, as well as topping up other things.

Staff was very helpful. Changed the room several times when I found the problem in lighting and sink.
It was a heatwave time. Airconditioning was bit noisy and not that powerful. However better than not having air conditioning.

This is a basic hotel (as expected from the brand). However it is well located, the rooms are clean, and the bar/breakfast area is pleasant/modern. Nothing fancy but certainly everything you need.
I like to use the stairs - but when I asked on check-in, the staff member directed me to the signed guest stairs but his bike was in the way. He said he would move it, but I came down later on and again had to climb over the staff member's bike. Not great for a designated fire escape.
Breakfast on the first day was great, but on my second day, the sole staff member seemed to be moving extremely slowly (compared with the efficiency of the day before). There was hardly anything left around 08:45. I got the last plate. No bacon, no croissants, no caffeinated coffee, no apple juice.
