Pros:

The receptionist was lovely, helped me pay for parking, after telling me how to find the car park, she couldn't have been more helpful

Cons:

The 2 bath towels had holes in as did the duvet, the air con wasn't working properly,
Breakfast was bad, the milk had gone off, when I told the staff they didn't say a word, not even thanks for telling me, there was very little butter.
It was a shame as it could have been so much better.

Good value for money, clean and well appointed room for the price.
Pros:

Convenient location, clean rooms and at a standard expected for the price. Good choice of breakfast options. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Not being able to get in both sides of the bed. No plug next to the mirror for a hairdryer.

The rooms are very, very small The sketchy characters hanging around in the evening.

Cons:

Very unsafe area. Doorway is dark and was locked with small typed instructions to visit another hotel for access.
Breakfast buffet was emptied as fast as they filled it, so took over 1 hr to collect enough food

Totally suits the style and ambiance of Swindon town centre!
Pros:

If you've not been to an Ibis budget hotel before it is carefully engineered to provide you with as much comfort as possible for the minimum input of labour, so everything works by swiping your room card. There's a big TV in the room and the wifi is free.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and mine had no outside window but it was perfectly well laid out and you get what you pay for. Breakfast was basic with limited choice, but is included in the price and again, you get what you pay for.
