Pets allowed in the hotel are dogs and cats, and are restricted to two pets per room. Any pet weighing less than 8kg will be welcome. There is an additional charge of 40 EUR per pet per day for pet bedding, food and a toy. Pets may not be left alone in the room. The pet's documentation with vaccination and deworming must be presented at check-in. Appropriate behaviour that does not disturb the tranquillity of other guests is expected. Hübsch, aber…
Pros:

Zimmer, Lage

Cons:

Personal masslos überfordert. Checkin dauert ewig, checkout ebenso. An der Bar besser gleich 2 Runden aufs mal bestellen - Wartezeit +30min.
Keine Dusch- und Frotteetücher auf dem Zimmer am 2. Tag (Abends nach dem Nachtessen) - wir dachten, das ging vergessen. Aber waren gemäss Rezeption „aus“ - und auch dann (am nächsten Morgen) konnte man keine Tücher kriegen… ging erneut ewig….

Pros:

Tout !! l’hôtel est calme et reposant, il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambre donc pas beaucoup de gens à la piscine .
Ça reste un endroit privilégié .
Le petit déjeuner d’exception avec du choix des omelettes à la demande … et le resto du bas ainsi que le roof top est très bon .
Les chambres sont magnifiques et très propres. Le personnel est très accueillant. Si je dois revenir à Ibiza, je reviendrai.
Franchement bravo à la Deco , on s’y sent bien, il y a de la verdure c’est parfait 👌

Cons:

Si c’est juste un truc à dire c’est que le Bar du bas ferme trop tôt

Average, and poor value for money
Pros:

Lovely rooftop pool area, nice small fitness centre with good equipment, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Very expensive and poor value for money, considering my room door handle broke mid way through my stay, and came back to my room one afternoon to find water leaking from the ceiling and a large puddle on the floor. Very slow service at the lunch restaurant, and friendliness of staff was very mixed depending who was on duty.

Um hotel bonito e gostoso que aceita crianças
Pros:

Os chefs que cozinhavam os ovos e afins eram maravilhosos! Muito àgil e rápidos! Foi aniversário da minha mãe e a Sara organizou um bolinho com ballloons e bolinho no quarto que fizeram a diferença!! A Ale que ficava no front desk foi muito gentil e calorosa

Cons:

A limpeza das mesas no café da manhã podia ser mais rápida.
Alguns funcionários podiam sorrir mais. :)
Pedi uma lixeira extra para o banheiro e disseram que não tinham. :/
E o estacionamento poderia ser grátis.

Lovely rooftop terrace with bar and pool

Cons:

No bins anywhere (except in bedrooms).
Music needs to be changed!! The same random 20 songs were being played in a loop…
Toilets in bedroom need a loo brush.
Bedrooms need chairs to put clothes on.
Roof top pool needs cleaning on glass “fencing” . It was not cleaned the whole time we were there (10 days).
Also, there was a visible half ft yellow mark around the pool at water level.
