Good location, breakfast was good, staff at front desk good. Morning staff much more friendly.

Cons:

Not necessarily a dislike, but our smoke alarm was flashing all night long. When we left, told staff at front desk.

Pros:

I liked that they allowed us to check in very late as we were traveling.

Cons:

I did not like that the thermostat was completely out when we arrived. We checked in at 2 am and then had all day to fix the issue. The room was stuffy and we sweat it out the rest of the night. To pay that kind of price and not have everything working was unacceptable. I requested a discount but received nothing. I could have demanded a full refund but we did stay as we had no other place to go. We were exhausted and wanted to sleep comfortably.

POOR MANAGEMENT
Pros:

Nothing to like about this hotel.

Cons:

THE GENERAL MANAGER OMAR CANALES AT THE LOCATION REFUSED TO CONTACT ME THIS MATTER AND TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE THIS IS VERY BAD MANAGEMENT SKILLS. WE WILL NEVER REFER THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE.
THERE WERE ROACHES IN OUR ROOM.

Great location. Great for one night.
Pros:

The area this hotel is located was nice.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty small, good for a nights stay but not for multiple nights. There was no brown bag breakfast available for those leaving early.
