For the price, it’s ok
Pros:

Location is great for grand world area. Close to VinWonders and lots of restaurants and spas

Cons:

The floor that we were on (2nd floor) were in a bad condition. Torn carpet in the hallway and lots of marks on the wall. I didn’t take all photos.
Our room floor felt a bit sticky.

It was a bit disappointing. The lobby was great and as soon as you got to 2nd floor, it’s like completely different hotel!

I loved the breakfast options, some foods do change daily so you have a good variety. Halal options meat wise also so don’t stress if you have dietary requirements!! Lovely staff that were very helpful. Bonus is if you book with an admission ticket you go to Vinwonders or VinSafari, we absolutely loved it!! Room service is also available which is good if you wanna have a lazy day

Pros:

The stay was good overall.
The rooms were clean, and the cleaning service was quick.
As the two rooms are connected by an open doorway, I think it would be a good option for a group of 3 or 4 people.
The free VinBus service was also very convenient for getting to and from the airport.

Cons:

I wasn’t quite sure about the rules regarding bringing in food from outside. I wanted to buy some fruit at the supermarket, but since I wasn’t sure whether it was allowed, I decided not to. And I didn’t have a Vietnamese phone number, I asked the reception to make a spa reservation for me. However, I didn’t receive a call back to confirm whether the booking had been made. If you’re planning to book a spa through the hotel, I would recommend double-checking with reception to make sure the reservation is confirmed.
