The view,the green landscape and the fact it has an hourly shuttle to Roda

Cons:

It wasn’t clean at all.The first day we had to clean the room ourselves,there were days that the maid didn’t make the room.And the food wasn’t good.

Pros:

A huge thank you to the entire hotel staff! We were truly impressed by the warmth, kindness, and care we received throughout our stay. Whatever we needed, there was always someone ready to help us with a smile.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special mention goes to Maria at reception, who was absolutely wonderful, and to Eleni, who kindly helped us arrange taxis whenever we needed them.
It’s these little touches that really make a difference and turn a good stay into a memorable one. We felt very well looked after from the first day to the last.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where guests are genuinely cared for. We had a wonderful experience and would happily come back again.

המיקום של המלון היה מצויין ויכולנו לצאת ממנו לטיולי יום בקלות ובמלון עצמו לקחנו חדר עם יציאה לבריכה שהיתה מצויינת

היה ריח של עובש ממיזוג האוויר. העלנו תלונה בנושא כשקיבלנו את החדר אבל התבקשנו לשוב ולהעלות את התלונה למחרת בגלל השעה המאוחרת.
היות והשהות שלנו היתה קצרה והמיקום של החדר היה טוב בחרנו שלא להתלונן שוב.

Buena calidad precio,comida razonable para ser un todo incluido,buena limpieza y cama muy cómoda y amplia.

Objetivamente no debería ser calificado como un hotel de 5 estrellas,sino de 3-4. Si bien la estancia en términos generales fue agradable y correcta a un precio ajustado para ser un todo incluido,en nuestra opinión no cumplió con los estándares de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Por ejemplo:

- La cisterna del baño de la habitación no funcionaba correctamente.

- Parte de las instalaciones muestran un claro envejecimiento, con moquetas sucias y daños en paredes.

- No pudimos reservar ninguna excursión porque todas se articulaban a través de agentes externos y estaban completas. Cuando planteamos en su día antes de llegar la opción de pre-reservarlas,nos dijeron que no hacía falta,y que lo hiciésemos a nuestra llegada. Por esta gestión nos quedamos sin poder hacer excursiones,sin que el personal del hotel ofreciese ninguna opción adicional ni nos ayudase a conseguirla.

- El espacio con tumbonas y sombrillas en la playa y en la piscina del hotel es insuficiente para todas las personas alojadas.

Szép a hotel, szép, gondozott a környezet.

Cons:

Késő este, 23 órakor indult a gépünk hazafelé, kértük hogy aznap maradhassunk a szobában, hogy indulás előtt tisztálkodhassunk. 2 alkalommal 2, illetve 3 nappal előtte jeleztük ezt az igényünket és természetesen megfizettük volna a plusz szolgáltatást, azonban ezt megtagadták, biztosat nem mondtak, csak annyit, hogy aznap érdeklődjünk.A csomagoknak nem volt külön szoba sem ,ott, a recepció előtt kellett előkotorászni a gyógyszereket, a tisztálkodó szereket, mert kegyesen megengedték, hogy a hotel wellness részlegében tusolhassunk.A wellness belépéshez nekünk kellett szaladgálni a kulcsért is. A recepciós hölgyek kelletlenek, barátságtalanok.
Az étterem személyzetének hölgy tagjai idősek, megfáradtak, mosolytalanok, kiégettek. A férfiak kedvesek, barátságosak.
Ennyi pénzért, úgy gondolom egy búcsú szobát kellene kialakítani mindenképp, hogy ilyen malőr többet ne fordulhasson elő.
Ez a bizonytalanság az egész itt tartózkodásunkra rányomta a bélyegét! Ha ezt tudjuk, másképp szervezzük a környékbeli kirándulásokat.
Keserű szájízzel, búcsú nélkül távoztunk.
