Quarto bem amplo e confortável. Localização boa para quem quer acessar o Aventura Mall ou ficar nessa região. Quarto bem vedado, barulho não incomoda

Cons:

Wi-Fi difícil. Não entrava pelo acesso normal, tivemos que pegar o Wi-Fi do bar anexo e toda vez acessar manualmente e inserir a senha. Acesso meio difícil, logo ao chegar basta seguir a placa de self parking (a não ser que queira manobrista), retirar o ticket para acessar e estacionar no segundo andar, o primeiro é para o manobrista. Recepção no terceiro andar pegando elevador. Cheiro dos shampoo muito ruim e disponibilizam apenas um sabonete, tem que pedir outro se quiser. Localização boa para região, mas se quiser ir até Miami Beach se prepare para dirigir 1hr ou mais se pegar trânsito

O hotel tem ótima localização. Quartos são grandes. O único problema é o serviço de limpeza dos quartos.

Localização e quarto.

Cons:

Serviço da recepção. Voce liga do quarto e nunca atendem. Aconteceu inúmeras vezes !!!! Também o Breakfast servido a la carte é pessimo. Tem que ter buffet. Os garçons são atrapalhados e não vencem o atendimento.

My stay at the Hilton was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations with excellent service and hospitality.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff provided excellent customer service and made sure all of my needs were taken care of throughout my stay.
