Ruby is AMAZING
Pros:

After a long day of travel Ruby was warm and vibrant and very thorough! She got me checked in quickly and took my keys to ensure my car would be secured despite me arriving long after valet had closed…Thank You Ruby for helping ease my stress immediately upon arrival. I will be back here for my next work trip for sure!

Great Hospitality!
Pros:

Huge thank you to Nikki and Ebony for making our stay so much better. We arrived late after a long trip from San Diego, and Nikki got us checked in quickly and made us feel right at home. She even brought us extra towels and blankets almost immediately after we asked. Both Nikki and Ebony were so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We really appreciated the great hospitality! The Hilton is so lucky to have you ladies on board. Thank you! 😊

Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias.
Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. Nos hemos hospedado varias veces en el hotel y nos encanta. Esta muy cerca del centro comercial Aventura y la playa. El personal ha sido siempre muy servicial.

Me gustó pero no volvería , no me gusta que no tenga lobby en el primer piso

La ubicación y las piezas cómodas

Cons:

Es un edificio compartido con otras empresas, solo algunos pisos son hotel , el estacionamiento no es cómodo me pareció poco práctico , abajo solo está el valet parking cuando está disponible , pero el lobby está en piso 7 , me parece poco acogedor que nadie te reciba al llegar .
