Good value for money. Breakfast was great.
We had dinner at the hotel. The burgers were unfortunately not very good. We would definitely go elsewhere for dinner if we ever stay here again.

Staff were polite and helpful.
We couldnt the car parking, we were told by staff the street it was located on but we are not from manchester.
The bedroom was really hard and uncomfortable and on arriving the room was really hot.
Not impressed. Artists Ed early and understand that early check in is not always possible. It was a rough wait, as a boisterous sports group was there and had invaded the lobby as well as dining area, so there was nowhere to wait. Were told to come back at 1pm, as the room would lightly be ready by then. At 2pm it still wasn’t ready, but other guests were checking in and getting their rooms. I wasn’t annoyed until then, so asked for a manager after the front desk staff was dismissive and honestly couldn’t have cared less. The acting manager was nice and very helpful, and once I talked to him, miraculously our room was ready. Makes me wonder how long it had been ready. Temperature in the room was warm as when I lowered it, it would jump right back to where it was. Let the front desk know, not sure if it was addressed. Final insult to injury, I had to print something for our trip and there is no business center. Ok so the front desk said they could print the Email if I sent it to them. Waited 10 minutes, made sure I had sent to the correct Email address and they said they still didn’t have it. Just a lot of inconveniences. Stayed at this location as it was close to a concert my daughter and I were attending, otherwise would opt to stay somewhere else. Size of the room was good and housekeeping was prompt and helpful.

Lovely clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive on arrival. The morning breakfast was all fresh and the team on the welcomed me with a smile and a “good morning” Diane checked in a couple of times and was nice to have very good customer service where it’s not as common in hospitality nowadays
The customer service of the check in staff,floor staff impeccable,location was very good next to shopping center without being to close.
The breakfast didn't meet expectations for the brand and the location it had a range of products but was lacking quality of some items.And my fridge wasn't working in my original room but I did get move into another room
