everything was quite nice good location and clean rooms

Parking was full when we arrived but managed to park close by.
The room and the bathroom were of the decent quality we expected. Whilst not very central, the location was fine. A short walk to the centre of town.
The breakfast experience was awful. The breakfast serving area cannot cope with the number of guests. Queues for everything and items not replenished.
Lovely and clean
At check in the gentleman said my room number out loud and also confirmed I was alone by asking how many keys were needed etc. this made me uncomfortable and should be hotel policy not to share the room number out loud for a solo female.

I have emailed the hotel and I am very diaappointed I have not had a reply,
No window opened in the room
The air con was not working
I did go to the reception twice and all they gave us was a fan
We met several people on the corridor and the lift and everyone had the same complaint,
It was 25deg when we were there and I am disgusted that we paid money and were drenched in sweat couldn't sleep with the heat stuffy..........
I have had cancer and my sister has finished her treatment and to be subjected to these conditions is appalling
I really hope you give me a reply,
I was given the Duty manager email to state what I am telling you
I would not sleep in these conditions at home, the receptionist said that we couldn't change rooms because they were booked out

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They really made the experience nice for us.
It was a lovely room but it was dirty in parts needed an extra bit of cleaning in places.
The staff were friendly, room was decent size the toilet was clean and good breakfast
There were big stains on the carpet, chairs which made it very off putting
