We had to move rooms,which was inconvenient, because Tv didn’t work.
Also getting to the carpark was a challenge because of road works

The room was very nice. Location perfect for what we needed. Close to the co-op arena.
I was charged 3 times for my room, which reception admitted was their mistake. I received one payment back after 3 days, but it’s now been a week since our stay and I still haven’t received the 2nd amount back. The last email I sent, I have had no reply to! So not impressed. Wasn’t too keen on the breakfast either. The hot food was a bit rubbery. Coffee was good though.

When called Uber, it was not easy to find the pick up point as cars cannot park in front of of the hotel
Also I did not like the disable room. Shower water goes everywhere if not careful although I like the flexible shower hose
It was very clean and ideally situated for our purposes. The staff were friendly and it was a no-nonsense experience.
