Great locations. Spacious rooms. Service at the pool bar is amazing - shout out to Speedy, Valentin and Nathaniel. Also big shout out to Jovita for keeping my room so clean and stocked. They all made for a better stay!

Second stay at Pinnacle Resorts, Chic in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the level of teamwork among the staff was obvious. Everyone worked together seamlessly to make sure guests were taken care of and enjoying their stay. Ariana and her team at check in were fabulous.

The customer service is truly top-notch. Every request was handled quickly and with a genuine helpful smile, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. Martina with housekeeping was great, her or one of her teammates did a great job with light cleaning when needed though letting us rest and relax when we wanted. The unit had a wide panoramic view of the bay, well stocked with everything you would need, at an awesome value.

What really made the experience special was how friendly and approachable everyone was. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or staff around the property, every interaction felt warm and personal.

If you’re looking for a place in Puerto Vallarta ZR where the service is exceptional and the team genuinely cares about your experience. Pinnacle Resorts is it, great central location, with calm neighborhood vibe. We can’t wait to come back soon.

I have travelled to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with my husband for 17 years and have loved every moment. We used to stay in Zona Romantica and then shifted to the marina for several years. This year, after longing to return to Romantica, we opted to stay at the Pinnacle. Are we ever glad we did! The Pinnacle comprises three distinct condo buildings, each with its own vibe. We started at Residences, which we enjoyed thoroughly. We ended our month-long holiday at Chic, which is an adults-only boutique building with an industrial loft feel. It's the newest of the three, and it feels it. It's perched on the edge of a hill with sweeping views of the city below and Banderas Bay and Pacific beyond. The positioning also means that it always benefits from sea breezes, which keep the air fresh and comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool (Residences also has a terrific rooftop pool; the third building, Signature, has it's pool on the main level) is the best spot for watching the breathtaking sunsets each night. Others may agree that no matter how many sunsets one enjoys in Pto. Vallarta, one never gets bored of them.

One of the exceptional aspects of our stay at Chic was the first-rate staff. Clara Ramirez from the reservations department was outstanding. She made certain that we were completely happy with our suite. She was professional, courteous and simply a pleasure to work with. We're so grateful to have been assigned Clara as our partner. Similarly, Asiris offered excellent check-in services and made sure that we were well looked after while we waited to access the suite (ahead of check-in time, too - Thank you, Asiris!). I must also give a shout-out to Ramon, who was one of the door managers at Chic. Ramon can give lessons on what first-class service looks like. Then there's the rooftop team. I must give special mention to our buddy, Speedy (love Speedy!!) and Diana. Speedy made it his business to inform his colleagues what a vesper martini (our signature cocktail), and, wow ... he made the best anywhere in PV. Speedy also told us that the team knows the cocktail as "007 martini". We had no further problems ordering it afterward.

We are booked again for another month-long getaway next winter, and can hardly wait. It feels so good to be back in Romantica and, boy, Chic really delivered for us.

Everything, the property is well located, has everything you need for a great experience in PV. The apartment is comfortable and ample, with amazing views and facilities.

This was our first time staying at the Chic by Pinnacle 179. In fact our first experience staying in a condo in Puerto Vallarta. It is a beautiful property, well maintained, clean. Staff are all friendly and professional. The rooms are well maintained. We had a corner suite and really enjoyed it. We thought we were having a wrap around balcony but we only had a small balcony on the side, but had a good view of the ocean. Inside the condo the windows all along the front could be opened, and faced the ocean. It was really beautiful. At times it can get a bit noisy from neighbouring establishments, but that's part of the Puerto Vallarta vibe, so be prepared. By 10 p.m. things have usually quieted down.
It is convenient to have laundry services in your room. However, it would have been helpful to have instructions in English on how to use the appliances as they were a bit different from what we have at home.
The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils. However, it would have been helpful to have a pot holder/oven mitt, a vase, coffee mugs, cloth napkins to go with the placemats, salt & pepper, and ties for open bags.
The bedroom area itself was a bit small but opens up or closes up as you desire. Certainly adequate and enough room for 2 people with sufficient closet and drawer space. The mattress seemed a bit old and was somewhat uncomfortable.
Our cleaning lady, I believe her name is Martene (on the 5th floor) was excellent and ensured our room was well maintained Monday through Saturday.
We loved the pool here, on the top deck, with ocean views all around. It is beautifully maintained, clean and the staff were very friendly and responsive. In particular we would like to point out Diego, Edgar, Speedy, Oserio, the female bartender (can't remember her name (sorry), and Valenti.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here and look forward to a return visit in the future.

Accommodations at Pinnacle 179 was great! Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Rosalia did a great job keeping the room clean and stocked.

Location, clean, well maintained

I cannot say enough good things about this first class hotel. This was my second stay here and both occasions were 5 Star in my opinion. The facility and my room were first class in all respects. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar and infinity pool are the very best to be found. Sunsets there are breathtaking. I rate this hotel as the best I have ever stayed in.

We loved our time at Pinnacle. The facility and amenities are fantastic. The team at Pinnacle is so amazing and ensures a great stay. Would highly recommend!
