We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the Reception staff, who managed to find us a closer room to our daughter when we asked, also the head chef, who runs special curry evenings; the curries were individually made and were excellent. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms, although quite small, were comfortable, clean, and with the essential air con for the heatwave we experienced.
The car parking was inconvenient, as there was space at the hotel for just half a dozen cars or so, so we had to pay for all-day parking in a nearby multi-storey car park for most days.
The room was small, especially the bathroom, with a very creaky floor. However, it was not too inconvenient.

The location is beautifully central, and the rooms are a great size. This is our favourite place to stay when we're in Salisbury, as we visit family here a lot. There's a pub/restaurant on the ground floor, and your get a discount on the meals there. Genuinely lovely staff, always, and the rooms are always clean and modernised enough, even though the building is an older one.
The parking is free in their lot, but very limited, but you do have on-street parking that's free after a certain time, and nearby car park options. Honestly that's my only negative about the place.
