Friendly staff, spotless and comfortable room and an amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Emille on reception was so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fabulous. Great location.

Most enjoyable
Pros:

Great breakfast and also the India dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Great food and very reasonable prices.
Very friendly, helpful staff.
Comfy room in great location.
Don’t try and walk from the train station, just a tad too far with language in tow.

Good location but a drab expensive pub with rooms.

Cons:

My small dark single room cost £96, not including breakfast. I felt that was expensive, especially when there was black mould growing in the seal around the bath. Bath was also high to climb into to take a shower with no grab rail.

Pros:

Great location. Had to use the public parking 1st couple of days. Only 3 minute walk from hotel, but warning, do not forget your GPS when you go to retrieve your vehicle because the exit puts you directly on the express way.

Room too small
Pros:

Breakfast was quite good. Staff polite and helpful.

Cons:

The room was ridiculously tiny, it should only be sold as a single room. The bathroom was cheap and very basic fittings, hardly any room to move. We had a king-sized bed and there was only six inches between the bed and the bathroom wall. The price we paid was not budget level and we would expect a much better standard of accommodation for that.

Welcoming, comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast. Great location. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom.

Cons:

Tudo foi muito bom, mas atenção as escadas, precisa de ajuda dos funcionários que foram super solicitos em levar as malas. Nosso quarto era virado para uma balada, então a noite foi um pouco conturbada.

Just ok
Pros:

This was good for a one night stay, booked at the very last minute. Although it was on the ground floor, facing the back garden, the window was secure enough. It had AC, which made it more comfy. Bed was decent.
I had the option to leave my luggage for a few hours at the reception, although it was not locked nor did I receive a tag for leaving it there. I believe a receptionist is always present there, though.
Location is good, you are very close to main attractions, Salisbury is a relatively tiny place so you can easily walk everywhere

Cons:

The room is very small and the carpet, although vacuumed, would need a deep clean/ refresh. Toilet seat bad quality. I had the first room on the corridor, so could hear most people coming in. Also, cleaners started briefly vacuuming at weird hours, 10pm and then 7:30am..wtf?
Overall, it felt 40-50% more expensive than what it's worth, but for a last minute, single night stay, it was doable
