Stayed for a wedding nearby and location was great

Hotel with character - reasonably priced
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very accommodating staff. Breakfast was delicious and ample and served off the lobby in a room full of old charm. We stayed only one night but we were very pleased. The beds were comfortable & the linen crisp. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Towel warmer was nice.

Lobby toilet was sluggish & not clean. Could have been a fluke-

Centralt i en jätte sevärd stad Salisbury. Fantastisk personal, underbar frukost!
Pros:

Ett av dem bästa frukost upplevelsen någonstans! Helt fantastisk. Jätte treviliga och hjälpsamma personal.

Cons:

Badkars kanten var hög och hade inte varit lämplig vid minsta rörelse inskränkning.

Comfortable and clean hotel in a great location. Would use again
Pros:

Easy to find Nearby parking central position Very friendly staff. Great happy hour in the bar Room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The room we had was quite small and did smell slightly damp. It was quite difficult to walk around the bed due to a table being so close which was abit challenging if getting up in the night Also there is a night club across the road we didn’t hear any noise from this but were slightly concerned about our cars parked out the front overnight. However there was no issues with that

A bit disappointing - could do with a refresh in the public areas.
Pros:

Convenient location in town though parking a bit tricky. Comfortable bed and no noise .

Cons:

The bar/seating area were very dull and the tub chairs were grubby and all needed a good clean

Pros:

I do love a European Best Western! Clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff.

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but we had a courtyard room next to the airconditioning units and there was a terrible mechanical sound every 10-15 minutes. Maybe room 104? Avoid the courtyard in the summer and you should be fine

Perfectly pleasant hotel with nice staff
Pros:

Lovely staff and a comfortable room. The decor was pleasant and we had a small room in the courtyard area. There was a nice breakfast with the eggs cooked to order. The hotel was in a convenient central location.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have more fruit for breakfast.
The breakfast & bar areas were really nicely decorated and there was a 'happy hour' with very good prices but the wine was horrible and we couldn't drink it, despite the low price!
