Pros:

One of the nicest experiences I’ve had. The staff were super welcoming and friendly. We took advantage of the amenities on offer, particularly the Rip Curl Surf School which was an incredible experience for my family of beginners. The spa and yoga were great too! Really good value for money. Highly recommend sundowners and dinner ar Kuta Social Club.

the front desk the ladies and gents went amazing help on a daily basis since we didn't have transport, they called taxi without complain
