Great location; fantastic pool area
Pros:

Great location, wonderful hotel and pool with great views and friendly staff in the main particularly those in the breakfast serving areas. A good breakfast too.

Cons:

Although my room was quiet to outside noise it was a frustration at times the room doors don’t close in a normal fashion! You can’t pull it closed as you would normally. It seems to be on a ‘spring’ and the door takes an age to close then at the end ‘bang’ slams shut making a racket! Not only my door but most if not all in the corridor. So anytime someone enters or leaves a room you get the ‘bang’ as it slams shut. It Seems unnecessary. The rooftop bar has a great view of the beach and sunset but twice I went up for a drink and the manager/staff in charge ushered me away to the back and out of view of the beach etc… even when not busy and there were seats and tables available! At the finish up I didn’t go back again. I would have scored 10 if not for the reasons given.

Stylish hotel, great beachfront location
Pros:

The hotel is fun, modern and stylish vibe, with an excellent location directly opposite Kuta Beach and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and Beachwalk Mall. Our room was comfortable, well designed and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While we were not there long enough to properly enjoy the rooftop restaurant and pool, they are clearly highlights of the property and the views from the rooftop over Kuta Beach are stunning. If I had one suggestion, it would be a little more variety at breakfast. Overall, a very comfortable stay in a stylish hotel with a great atmosphere and location.

Pros:

There is a fun vibe at the hotel and all the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Being pedantic, but I found that the breakfast service at Street 32 was variable depending on how busy they were. If it is quiet the service is amazing.

Mamaka is not just a normal stay, it feels like home !
Pros:

Services, staff, cleanliness, amenities and lot more. Excellent stay. Location is in best proximity of Seminyak and Kuta. Beach is just in front of the stay. Even they have dedicated tour planner at front desk.

1- وجود صرصور داخل الغرفه وتم تغيرها لغرفه اخرى ووجد بها نمل
2- لن تستطيع النوم بالليل حيث اصوات الدبابات والناس بالشارع كانك نايم على رصيف الشارع جدا ازعاج وخاصة الغرف اللتي على الشارع وبالجانب الاجنحه ، اما الغرف التي بالخلف لا اعلم

Exceptionally stylish and comfortable with great staff that take care of your every need.
Pros:

The hotel was exceptionally stylish. Gorgeous decor with quirky touches that made it feel really personal and authentic to the owner's vision of wanting you to have a great time staying there. The staff were lovely and so helpful in every way. There wasn't a single person who didn't smile and say hi when seeing you.

Disappointing breakfast. Not the same as when it was called Citadines.
Pros:

The only things I really liked were the location and the swimming pool, which has been beautifully renovated.

Cons:

The breakfast was very disappointing. One of the main reasons I chose to stay here was because I had stayed at this hotel back in 2015 when it was called Citadines, and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, it has now changed from a buffet to an à la carte menu, which didn't suit the diet my partner and I are on. The choices were very limited, and some items came with extra charges. The breakfast experience was a major letdown and the main reason I wouldn't return.
