Great location, nice gym and friendly staff.
Pros:

I’ve stayed here three times. It’s always clean and quiet. Great location and the staff are very helpful.

Cons:

I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work properly this morning and didn’t have time to sort out the issue.

Great hotel stay in downtown Kalamazoo
Pros:

The location was extremely convenient to anything downtown Kalamazoo and was easy to get to. Parking garage was attached to the hotel via a walkway, which made it easy. Staff were hardworking, friendly, and did whatever they could to help. Hotel had a nice array of convenience items in their shop that we could buy at any time. Decent hotel bar. Breakfast, while not free, was reasonably priced. Nice, if small, pool and gym. Room was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and safe.

Cons:

Would have been nice if breakfast was free. Key cards didn't always work getting out of the garage, but we could get out by calling for help (and that only took a second).

Overall, a very pleasant stay. Would definitely return.
Pros:

Early dinner of Cajun shrimp & grits was wonderful. So was the buffet breakfast. Even the coffee was excellent!

Cons:

The tricky aspect of exiting the parking garage was frustrating. Had to use the call button for help every time.

Relaxing getaway full of comfort & peace!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for my mini moon. Downtown Kalamazoo is walking distance so we didn't have to move our car once. There's plenty of activities to do in & around the property. The atmosphere of the lobby, amenities & room was very relaxing and comforting! Staff were helpful & friendly.

Cons:

Room was a bit smaller than pictured but everything was perfect otherwise.
