Over priced .. rooms not up to date the hotel was mid .. $1500 for two nights not worth it at all .. I thought it would be luxurious like the pictures and still have to pay almost $100 yo park every night and to top it off I had to pay for WiFi yea never again

Won’t come back
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it s great reviews, Im shocked that it had any good reviews. Valet and bell hop were nice but the front desk staff are unwelcoming with their passive aggressive and unhelpful manner. Felt more like I was at the DMV than a hotel you would think aims for recurring customers. Definitely won’t be coming back. And it’s shaken my world as to reviews. Always thought they were pretty accurate and never steered me wrong. First time for everything.

A fun, buzzy downtown hotel. Beautifully appointed, lovely helpful staff.
Pros:

Comfortable, buzzy downtown Philly hotel. I had a great few days here. Room was thoughtfully appointed, staff was lovely and accommodating. I had a fine time here.

Cons:

The room was a little dark for my taste and the dark carpet in my room felt not 100% clean.
