Fabulous property in Rittenhouse Philadelphia.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were great, and we were upgraded to a gorgeous suite with two terraces on the 42nd floor.

Pros:

Ignore the poor reviews, because those people do not "get it." The vibe is the W, the status is the W, the luxury is the W, the comfort is the W. The front desk was professional and accomodating. Any complaints here are from people that are unfamiliar with Philly, I suspect. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Gold member and I was incredibly happy with my stay. The bed and pillows were everything, and more.

Style cleaniesss. When I first walked in I wasn’t greeted right away the clerk was doing some on the company and did not look up to acknowledge me , he could have said I’ll be right with you.

Does anyone from corporate actually stay in these rooms?
Pros:

Staff was attentive. Valet easy. Location excellent. Whoever decorated the rooms should be replaced before they do any further damage.

Cons:

Room resembled a bad 1970's cruiser van interior. All that was missing was the orange shag rug. It was the kind of room you wanted to get out of as soon as you woke up which we both did.
