Pros:

The hotel has a good location. The hotel rooms have a nice design.

Cons:

The restroom lacks a main door. The parking entrance is located right after the hotel's main entrance, but the ramp down is tricky—especially for large vehicles; driving in with a minibus would be very difficult. The air conditioner in the room is extremely noisy. There is no shoehorn in the room, which is a significant oversight for a hotel of this caliber and brand. The bathrobes are very old. The in-room safe is very inconvenient to open.

מלון מקסים, מפנק , חדר יפה עם מרפסת, נקי, הצוות היה מדהים ואדיב עזרו לנו בכל דבר, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומעולה אחת הטובות ביחס לארוחות בוקר באירופה ! לא היה חסר כלום

Schön aber nicht sonderlich Baby-/Kinder-Freundlich. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas Kalt.
Pros:

Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Rooftopbar ist nice.
Sauna & Steambad qualitativ gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit Pool - Es gab sichtbare Verschmutzung (Dreck schwamm im Pool, wurde über 2 Tage hinweg nicht entfernt).
Als wir das beim Personal meldeten, hat das Personal uns gesagt der Pool wird jeden Morgen gereinigt.
Leider hat sich das Personal nicht die Mühe gemacht, den Dreck aus dem Pool zu holen. (Hardware lag parat neben dem Pool.)

Keine Baby Nahrung am Morgenbuffet. Auch auf Anfrage keine Möglichkeit einen Haferbrei oder so zuzubereiten.

Great stay in a modern hotel
Pros:

Nice and contemporary guest rooms. They are spacious and well equipped with everything. Breakfast was good, woth many choices and good coffee. We definitely suggest to use the underground parking if someone's visiting Sofia by car as it is difficult to park in the area. The rooftop bar provides great views of the city skyline. We would visit again.
