Honest German review
Pros:

The staff was extremely nice and everything was clean. The location next to the castle is superb and also just 15 minutes from the station.

Cons:

There was a faint smell of a cleaning agent. Nothing bad but still noticeable

Comfortabel
Pros:

Vlakbij het kasteel van Matsumoto. Ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het station. De onsen was fijn en rustig. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Niet groot, maar dat zijn we gewend in Japan.

Cons:

De kamer was erg donker( een donkerbruine muur achter het bed en verder alles, ook het plafond, bekleed met donker hout. Je moet er net van houden. Ik vind het wat naargeestig.

夜に牛丼のサービスがある。

Cons:

部屋着などが大浴場に取りに行かないと行けないのと少し服がダメージを受けてる。

お食事も美味しかったし、とても綺麗でした。スタッフも親切でした。

Cons:

大浴場の体洗うシャワーの方が3箇所で少し待っておられる方がいらっしゃったので洗髪等少し慌てました…。

Perfecte locatie, goed verblijf
Pros:

Perfecte locatie tov attracties. Vriendelijk personeel. Savonds gratis lekkere warme snack.

Cons:

Bedden vrij krap voor lange nederlandse mensen, maar dit wisten wij van tevoren.
