The rooms are clean and the location excellent but the rooms are not quiet at all, I had a very bad night, I could hear everything outside, laughter and talks of employees, guests going up and down stairs, people in the hallway, doors opening and closing, mattresses very hard.
If I were to sleep there again I would like to have a pleasant sleep, no noises from outside, that's how it should be

Cuando llegamos, una de las chicas encargadas nos mandó a otro hotel y nos dijo que ese no era el hotel que habíamos reservado, cuando la dirección, nombre y fotos coincidían perfectamente. Iba con mi familia y nos dejaron fuera. Posteriormente, solo me dejaron ingresar a mí. Me decían que no tenían ninguna reserva mía y me mostraban un documento cualquiera, pero al entrar en su propia computadora a Booking, ahí estaba mi reserva pagada con mi nombre y todo. Aun así, la actitud del personal no era nada agradable a pesar de ser un problema directo de ellos. Posteriormente, llamé a Booking y al parecer, lo que hicieron fue sobrevender las habitaciones sin reflejarlas en la plataforma, pero sí cobrando por anticipado. Lo que no me pareció fue que desde el inicio el personal dijera que estábamos equivocados de hotel, sabiendo que en realidad sobrevendieron las habitaciones. Si tienen la oportunidad de quedarse ahí y piensan llegar de noche, desaprovéchenla y busquen otra opción.
