Nice stay, safe environment, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip here
Pros:

Location was a very safe and friendly neighborhood, we didn't have a car and there were many places at a walking distance like nice restaurants, pharmacies or market.

Cons:

Once at night we found out we were out of toilet paper, and there is no night staff available to solve those issues. But that was a minor issue, no big deal.

Dejaron sucio el piso, se encontro un bote agua de horchata el frigobar casi por acabar, y apesar de bajar las persianas y la cortina aun asi entra la luz.

It has a small kitchen snd fridge and laundry station

Cons:

Thetowels were not change, room was not swept or mop. Could open window shades, no window can be open, night personnel not polite. The bed was not confortable

Es muy tranquilo y la limpieza

Cons:

Reporte que el lavabo se iba muy lento el agua y tenia gotera al mueble de abajo, dijeron que mandarian arreglarlo y hasta el dia que deje la habitación el agua seguia encharcandose...muy incómodo

Good stay in the heart of Guadalajara’s financial district. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner.
Pros:

Location was great and the Japanese Restaurant in the same building was amazing

Cons:

It’s not really a hotel, but rather an apartment in a nice building. Hence, it was somewhat difficult to find.
