I’ll start from the staff, everyone was perfect and they were very helpful when we needed anything at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and excellent and we had the view to the city. We stayed there for two nights and we had an amazing experience. Restaurant was close by any time we needed to get something to eat, we had to walk 3mn.

Pros:

Todo estuvo "bien" a secas.
Cuando llegas a la habitación dices "QUE COOL!" por su vista y arquitectura, pero una vez que te das cuenta que no tienes cosas básicas como shampoo, plancha para cabello, y que la limpieza es muy dudosa... Te das cuenta que quizás no es tan bonita como parece.

Cons:

La limpieza es dudosa, la regadera, baño, vasos y cama parecían haber sido usados previamente sin limpiarse.
No tenía plancha y el personal que está para atender "no sabe nada", "no da ayuda/soluciones".

Suitable for our needs
Pros:

Some rooms were better than others. But generally great location for our needs and comfortable. Room 6A and 6C are the best rooms we stayed in

Cons:

Hard to get service staff to do anything. The hair dryer was broken and they inspected it but nothing was done over the week we were there

Nice stay, safe environment, friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip here
Pros:

Location was a very safe and friendly neighborhood, we didn't have a car and there were many places at a walking distance like nice restaurants, pharmacies or market.

Cons:

Once at night we found out we were out of toilet paper, and there is no night staff available to solve those issues. But that was a minor issue, no big deal.

It has a small kitchen snd fridge and laundry station

Cons:

Thetowels were not change, room was not swept or mop. Could open window shades, no window can be open, night personnel not polite. The bed was not confortable
