Für einen Kurztripp nach Hannover sehr gut geeignet
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, klimatisiertes Zimmer hat wegen sommerlicher Temoertauren sehr geholfen

Cons:

Zimmer recht klein; Ablagemöglichkeiten sehr knapp; unorthodox, dass Waschbecken mitten im Zimmer

Pros:

Tolles und stylisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit sehr guter Auswahl.
Kühlschrank und Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist an heißen Tagen perfekt.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren etwas klein.

Et hotel, der kan anbefales.
Pros:

Der var hyggeligt og rent. God morgenmad.

Cons:

Vi fik at vide, at der var fri bar på værelset. Det var 3 sodavand. Men der blev ikke fyldt op igen, heller ikke på kaffen. Men det er jo småting.

Pros:

Ich war aktuell im Juli, 2.-5. Juli im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise vor Ort.

Vorneweg, wo Menschen arbeiten, da "menschelt" es eben auch.
Der erste Kontakt, gerade angekommen, sollte immer easy sein.
Leider war der erste Check-in Versuch nach Eintreffen um kurz nach 14 Uhr überraschend destruktiv.
Nur eine Aussage, "Wir haben aktuell kein Zimmer frei, ich solle bis 15 Uhr warten bis der offizielle Check-in ist".
Bei offiziellem Check-out 11 Uhr, verwunderlich, dass kein einziges Zimmer frei ist und man noch nichteinmal in die Buchung schauen möchte um gemäß Zimmerkategorie nach einer Möglichkeit zu suchen.

Ich bin dann erstmal mein Auto parken gegangen, extern, da man mir auch keinen Parkplatz angeboten hatte.
Nachdem ich zurück war, ein völlig anderes Bild.
Check-in ca. 14.30 mit Wiktoria, zu 100% wie man es sich vorstellt.
Ebenso ein offenes Feedback Gespräch mit Nico, total positiv und äußerst freundlich, professionell und kundenorientierte Erfahrung.
Dieser durchweg positive Eindruck zum 2.ten Anlauf mit Wiktoria und Nico war auch ausschlaggebend, dass ich nicht das Hotel gewechselt habe.

Manche Rezensionen zielen auf zu kleine Zimmer ab.
Wenn man sich die Kategorien anschaut, ist jedoch transparent ersichtlich, dass ein urban-kompaktes, minimalistisches Konzept zugrunde liegt.
Demzufolge können die Standard Zimmer mit ab 14m2 auch mal klein ausfallen.
Ich habe mich im Deluxe ab 18m2 wohl gefühlt und hatte alles was benötigt wird.

Abgesehen vom ersten "Ausrutscher" kann ich das gesamte Team vor Ort nur Loben.
Wiktoria ist super nett und kompetent.
Beim Check-out very easy die Rechnung business konform gemacht.
Beim Frühstück durften wir eine ebenso positive Erfahrung mit Pia machen, die sich um eine gute Atmosphäre früh morgens gekümmert hat.
Am überzeugendsten und mit Leib und Seele ist jedoch Nico mitbei.
Bei ihm merkt man, wie er für das Produkt und Konzept brennt und welche Motivation er an den Tag legt.
Nico ist echt Top!
