צוות מאוד נחמד ועוזר

Cons:

החדר חשוך מאוד.
אין חדר שירותים ומקלחת אלא המקלחת נמצאת באמצע החדר עם דלת שקופה, הכיור תקוע באמצע החדר.

יצא לי להזמין ארוחה ערב במקום והיא הייתה טעונת שיפור לאור המחיר הגבוה.

Pros:

Sehr stylish ; Ausstattung sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Das Waschbecken im Zimmer gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider keine Ablageflächen . Auch keinen Schrank; lediglich eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Bügeln. Habe um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und eins bekommen. 2x Wasser und eine Cola waren im Preis enthalten. Eine Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln) war auch vorhanden,ebenso ein Safe. Das Bett war bequem. Frühstück am nächsten Morgen nett angerichtet und absolut ausreichend.

Cons:

Gibt nichts...ich hatte ein kleines Doppelzimmer zur Alleinnutzung. Zu zweit könnte es eng werden ..... und noch eine Kleinigkeit: sich zu schminken war etwas schwierig, da das Licht im Zimmer an/über dem Spiegel nicht ausreicht.

War ok, insbesondere die Lage. Das Personal war auch nett. Aber nochmal würde ich nicht dort übernachten

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind klein und eng. Möglichkeiten zum Gepäck verstauen hat man kaum. Auf die Zimmerreinigung wurde einfach verzichtet, ohne dass wir sie abbestellt hätten. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber keine 27 Euro pro Person wert.

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage mit vielen Fehlern.
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, freundliches bemühtes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet.

Cons:

Information durch das Personal: Anfragen zu Anreise mit Fahrrädern konnten nicht beantwortet werden. Seltsame Firmenpolitik. Kaffeekapseln und Getränke am Anreisetag. Wer mehrere Tage bleibt, hat eine nicht benutzbare Kaffeemaschine stehen. Gutschein für Verzicht auf Reinigung. Gute Idee, lässt sich aber nicht auf Bestellung anrechnen. Schränkt Auswahl ein und bedeutet für sie weniger Umsatz. Von Kundenservice ganz abgesehen. Rechnung auf englisch? Gerichtsstand ist Deutschland, ich bin Deutscher Staatsbürger. Was soll das?
