About as good as it gets for what we paid. great with kids, and a value deal.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequat, as are many buffet style offerings, good for kids, not so much for adults.

Cons:

The egg omelete was cold and tasted like nothing, breakfast meats offerred was good. oatmeal was good, adds were varied. bread and waffle station backed up as usual. Overall very adequate, just not so flavoraful.

Pros:

The breakfast could use improvements. The coffee was good but could have been stronger. Consider offering cold water to guests all day, the same way you offer hot water, especially in the summertime.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that I requested a king and got 2 queens for my room. That ended up being a blessing in disguise. I will always request room #231, especially when traveling with my granddaughter. She loved the space she had to run and play with her new toys from the Aquarium and Museum. I thank the front staff involved in making that command decision to provide us with a big room.

Lovely stay in a comfortable room
Pros:

I booked a King room with a sofa bed for my son and me. The sofa bed was actually comfortable. He was bummed he was getting the sofa bed, but after the first night he didn't want to give it up. He loved the Netflix and app access on the TV's - never used his iPad or had to struggle with wifi because it was all there for him. Also very convenient location to shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The shower only had warm to hot water. Fine for me, but my son showers with colder water and he found it a bit too much. We were only there two nights so it wasn't a deal breaker.

Love this hotel. It’s our go-to every year.
Pros:

Liked the different room types. It was great having the suite. Loved having washer and dryer available.

Cons:

Some of the furniture in the room seemed a little worn down.
