Ideal for late arrivals or early checkouts if staying in Berlin City Centre
Pros:

This hotel was used as a stopping point on our journey, We arrived late evening and the reception staff was more than accommodating offering drinks and snacks.

Cons:

Air conditioning in the room was not capable and room was very warm. Was not sure to try and open a window instead.

Requested iron and board in evening on arrival (late, around 10:30). I was told the housekeeping were not working no other offer to help. Only to call the next morning and “don’t worry the iron would be delivered in 5 minutes”. 40 minutes later no iron and had to start work in a bad way and not happy.
Explained to reception on checking out in a very polite way and response was oh ok. Nothing more.
Very dissapoibted when paying over the odds at short booking notice. €500 euros for one night and getting this poor ac and lack of attention. Not good at all and would appreciate an answer from
Management.

The hotel met our requirements re proximity to the airport terminal and comfort.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast. We had a very early check-in for our flight.
Location for the airport was excellent!

Cons:

The air-con wasn't particularly efficient.
