The property is located in a very safe place. The hotel is clean and it looks great!
I loved my stay there
I found some of the staffs a bit rude, it would have made the experience better with if the staffs were friendly.
It was very clean! Everything was modern and updated, the staff were so friendly. We love the complementary bikes rental.
The only thing I didn’t like was the parking fee, however it wasn’t a big deal in my opinion.
How clean it is. The staff was super friendly. The amenities. The bar.
It’s not a big issues. Rules are rules I guess but I wish the pool was open longer and as well as the bar on weekends.
The responsible nature of the employees to do what is required to give me the stay of a life time.
Instead of doing what they should have done nothing but took it upon themselves to do the most. But when asked to remedy doing the most produced nothing but bullshit.
Location, staff, and facilities were great
Having to ask for towels. I didn't know I had to request for them. The parking was to far for me.

Our room was perfect. Loved all the lighting options, the decor, the vibe, the shower, the full fridge, the beds were super comfy and the room was huge.
The Secret Garden bar/restaurant. Party of 4 of us arrived at 5:45, at 6:15, the 1st person got their food. 20 mins later the 2nd person got their food, another 20 mins later the 3rd got their food. At that point it was 7:06 and we had to go. They completely forgot the 4th persons food entirely and she ended up sharing my plate with me. It was an awful experience.
Very clean and check in was easy. Parking was a little confusing but once you understand everything was smooth. $25 to park per night. Which isn’t bad compared to a lot of other places I’ve seen.

Location and the gym
Front desk staff. Bare minimum and also didn't clean room when asked in person on the way out. Was told at minimum they would bring towels and that wasn't done either. They were "nasty nice" and clearly didn't want to be there working.
Clean and very neat
The room in the first floor you can hear everything that was going on in the hallway with the employees. The bathroom outlet wasn’t working. But everything else was good
On the weekday the breakfast was amazing but on Saturday the breakfast attended was overwhelmed so she came across very rude and disrespectful when you asked for tongs and forks to eat your meal. She blew you off and could care less about helping.
