Very disappointing that the facilities weren't working and no-one told us that it was a known issue

The hotel was very nice looking and good location, good breakfast and tapas with drinks

Cons:

We weren't checked in properly and not informed that there was a problem with the air-conditioning not working on our floor and a hot tub that we had paid extra for was not working despite me having made 4 attempts to contact the hotel prior to arrival to check. It transpired on our last evening that the hotel had a problem with the whole floor and new about it for some time but chose not to divulge this they just kept saying - it should be ok now or we will send someone to look at it. They were very apologetic when we were leaving and said they weren't really able to do much as we had paid via Booking.com they didn't charge us for our bar bill which wasn't much at all - and nowhere near the cost that we had paid for a hot tub we couldn't use and air conditioning which is a basic necessity in the heat.

I will be looking to take this further now that we are home.

Zum zweiten Mal hier – herzlicher Service, tolles Team, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal in Riccione und wieder rundum zufrieden.Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Besonders Svetlana im Service macht ihre Arbeit mit viel Herz und sorgt dafür, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Auch die Zimmerdamen leisten hervorragende Arbeit, und das Team an der Rezeption ist stets aufmerksam, unkompliziert und bestens organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
