Gutes Konzept aber schlechte Umsetzung
Hab 70 Euro für ein kleines privatzimmer gezahlt, ich musste mich seitlich auf die Toilette setzten weil wenn ich mich normal hinsetzte drücken sich meine Kniee in die wand weil nicht genug Platz ist für die Beine ist. Habe dann nach meiner Beschwerde ein Upgrade bekommen zu einem besseren Zimmer, dort konnte ich richtig auf der Toilette sitzen aber der warm Wasser Hahn konnte nicht eingestellt werden und funktionierte nicht. In jedem Zimmer ein anderes Problem. Habe leider im Viajero in Panama auch sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.
Ich war wirklich sehr unzufrieden.
Bei einem Zimmer in dieser Preisklasse erwarte ich das alles stimmt. Nebenan im Hotel bekam man für 50€ ein super Zimmer mit guten Service und Frühstück.
