The showers were really good and everything was clean

It is very hot in Cartagena and the shared rooms did not have good air conditioning which made it quite unpleasant to sleep or relax in the room, and the sink area and toilets were outside which again were not very nice to use in the heat. Quite expensive for a basic hostel.

Nothing
This was by far the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. It was extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to get any sleep. The rooms and common areas were dirty, and the beds were so uncomfortable that I woke up with back pain.
The bathrooms were flooded, with water covering the floors, making them unpleasant and unsafe to use. To make matters worse, I saw cockroaches in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable.
I would not recommend staying here unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest comfort.

We had a fantastic time at this hostel! The location is great, the atmosphere is super welcoming, and everything was clean and comfortable.
A huge shoutout to Juan, who went above and beyond to make my stay special.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena!
Os funcionários são muito receptivos, e sempre há atividades de interação no bar pra que os hóspedes se conheçam, além dos tours que são oferecidos.
Ademais, o café da manhã também é delicioso.

A localização foi fundamental, você podia fazer praticamente tudo a pé. A atenção que os funcionários tem conosco e principalmente a Andrea Leon que desde o começo até o fim da minha estadia fez eu me sentir em casa.
