Bathroom shower was out of shower gel.
The room smelled very clean walking in. Housekeeping brought fresh towels the next day without a request needed. Pool temp was comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was good with an assortment of options.

Great proximity to UB. Everything in Buffalo takes 15-20 min to get to from here - easy to navigate! Absolutely adore Dan at the front desk. Every time I stay here (3-4 times a year) he is a complete gem to interact with! Kind and friendly to everyone, makes the stay feel like a familiar place.

The staff was super helpful, we had really specific requests due to religion and they were really nice and helpful. Breakfast was really nice too, hot coffee available 24/7, nice gym too. Room was nice too, and there's a nice sitting area both in the room and in the lobby, makes you want to sit and work there
