Gute Lage! Es war trotz Zentrum und gegenüber dem Bahnhof gelegen sehr ruhig!!! Fenster dichten sehr gut ab. Fahrradabstellraum ist super!

Cons:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist gut, wenn man beruflich in Passau ist.
Zimmer sind ruhig.

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption grüßen nicht, wenn man direkt vor ihnen steht: keine Reaktion auf ein freundliches Guten Morgen, sie schauen nur, bis man sein Anliegen vorträgt. Das ist mir bei meinem vorigen Aufenthalt schon aufgefallen, denn ich lege auf so etwas Wert.
Im Foyer braucht es eine Lademöglichkeit für Handys/Laptops.
Die Toilette ist sehr weit weg vom Foyer.

Wygodny i nowoczesny pokóǰ w dobrej lokalizacji
Pros:

Przestronny i dobrze wyposażony pokój blisko dworca w Pasawie. Wygodne łóżko, choć przydałaby się dodatkowa poduszka. Był czajnik i filiżanki wraz z zestawem do parzenia kawy i herbaty.

Cons:

W pierwszym pokoju klimatyzacja trochę hałasowała; dostałem inny pokój.

Obwohl das Hotel sich direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof befindet, war es sehr leise auf dem Zimmer.

Cons:

Das man sich erst melden muss, wenn man das Zimmer gereinigt oder frische Handtücher wünscht. Bei einer Buchung von 6 Nächten sollte dies automatisch wenigstens jeden zweiten Tag erfolgen.

Cons:

Solicité que me hicieran la pieza con el cartel verde que se coloca en la puerta, pero no lo hicieron porque había que solicitarlo mediante un QR ??, lo cual no es habitual en ninguno de los hoteles o países que he visitado

Convenient, spacious, great stay!
Pros:

Large, busy hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, had a good sleep. Very handy for train station and easy walking distance to Passau old town and eateries. Luggage room available before check-in.

Cons:

Basically clean but lower areas, skirting boards and window sills dusty.

Bom local, boa estrutura. Falta de cuidados com a prestação do serviço.
Pros:

A localização é excelente.

Cons:

A internet não funcionou. Sinal fraco impossibilitou o uso.
Diante da necessidade de apoio do pessoal de recepcão, não houve nenhum encaminhamento para solução.
