Comfortable stay in a well located and friendly home away from home.
Pros:

Loved happy hour with oysters, also the area in front of the fire was comfortable and warm. The atmosphere on the foyer was welcoming and inviting. We felt very welcome. The location was very central.

The room is clean. The staff is nice, polite and helpful when we want to clarify something about the beds arrangement.

Great location and even under renovation is still fabulous.

Love staying here because of the staff and location.

Cons:

Fridge kept tripping which was only an issue because I was travelling with medication requiring refrigeration, otherwise this wouldn’t have mattered. Room service ordering is a little problematic but I still received my order. The fire alarm and evacuation order meant walking down 12 flights of stairs only to arrive at a “dead end” on the ground floor with no way out….was lucky that the retreating “firemen” were able to prise open the door so we could all get out and there was no actual fire. This could have been quite catastrophic if there had been an actual fire. The building is being renovated so these things tend happen during those times. The staff were, as always, exemplary!!!

A convenient location with nice staff. Some room furnishing improvements would be great.
Pros:

We arrived a couple of hours early and the front desk staff were amazing to have a room ready for us after less than 15 minutes wait. Good central location.

Cons:

Twin room beds were a bit too soft and pillows not very comfortable. Fridge was barely cold.

Great central location, warm cosy atmosphere.
Pros:

Lovely 2 bedroom apartment which fit a family of 4 well. Great location for exploring the city. Great parking option in a near by parking.

Cons:

Nothing really. Only gripe was the little sofa in the living room was small and not comfy
