I used the hotel for the room only. There was some renovations going on effecting front desk, bar and restaurant but the staff were very lovely and professional at all times. Room was lovely and very clean. Everything was wonderful I had a great short stay and would definitely stay again.
The only negative was the entry but that was under renovation so not really a fare negative.
Decent size room, great views, comfy bed, and the breakfast was fantastic.
Before booking I confirmed that i could have a room with two singles and a pull out bed in the lounge. 1 week before arriving I called to confirm the configuration, at the desk I confirmed the beds for the third time. Get to our room and there's a king bed.. Went to reception and told them we were going out for dinner and for the bed to be separated into singles. Get home from dinner and its STILL a king. They said there's not much they can do about it because the staff had gone home. I said we can do it if they bring up the sheets. My friend and i struggled for a long time to get the bolts that hold the beds together undone as they were very tight. My friend pulled a muscle trying to do it. The woman at reception dropped off 1 sheet and 1 doona with no covers on it. I had to call and say we were missing the two sheets that wrap the doona. She seemed annoyed to have to come back. A very frustrating ordeal. I thought they would at least offer us some drinks vouchers.
Also when we got to the room, the shower head was loose and hanging towards the ground which i asked to be fixed and they did it but that is something that should have been noticed when i room was cleaned. Also the first night our aircon was stuck on all night with an error code on the display. we couldnt adjust it or turn it off.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, and the foyer had a really cool vibe that made the hotel feel warm and inviting.
The room could have been cleaned a bit better. There were coffee splatters on the bedside table and some leftover containers under the couch, which made it seem like the cleaning wasn't very thorough.

The reception and entrance was not completely and they didn’t allow parking. The make shift restaurant was poor

Found a dirty sock from previous guests , just made me feel that top cleaning hadn’t been done
Gym only has dumbells , two benches and a thread mill rower and elliptical machine nothing else! Opens at 6am so inconvenient if you had an early flight and wanted to get a workout before flight
Suite had 3 rather small rooms however bed was comfy

Really friendly staff. Clean beautiful rooms with awesome views. Bathroom was a bit small but that was no big thing. The food, even the modified menu, was amazing! And I really loved the pool and the ambience. Will go back!
Room service could be better... I found it very difficult to order and no range at all being a Sunday. You couldn't order drinks which I found strange.

Unfortunately our flight was cancelled so our trip was shortened 😪 but unfortunately I couldn't amend my booking which was annoying, but I understand policy is policy 🙃
Room was clean and beautiful view
Staff are rude.
Room was not cleaned or replenished despite request, when informing staff they tried to put it back on us with no apology. Room service dishes left in room, table. It wiped coffee and milk not replaced etc.
