Pros:

I liked the pool and overall cleanliness

Cons:

My toilet started leaking brown water from the bottom in the middle of the night. When I addressed it with the front desk their response was "it's probably a wax ring issue. I could fix that myself." But the thing is, I'm a guest in your hotel, that was pretty gross and for it to be shrugged off was kind of crazy.

Great Stay
Pros:

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here over the past 7 yrs. On our way to North Carolina. Staff was great and to be honest to get friendly and efficient staff is a gift. We appreciated it. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great area for grabbing food. The breakfast they kept filled and answered any questions.

Disgusting carpets!!!
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel as a stop over on a trip passing through Lexington. While the area is a very nice area, the hotel itself needs a massive overhaul. We were traveling with a service animal so we were restricted to the first or second floor. I requested a quiet room at the end of the hall. Our accommodation was nice but the carpet in the hallway and our room on the second floor was absolutely filthy. They need to replace all the carpet in the hall and rooms with linoleum. It looks very stained. I got a major sinus infection and had to go immediately to my doctor the next day when we got home. I have now lost my voice as the infection is so bad. Otherwise the staff were kind and accommodating. PLEASE fix these issues. People are paying good money to stay in filthy rooms!!!

Wonderful place to stay. I will definitely book another stay at this facility. N
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We also had a great breakfast. Very lively place to stay. So many options for restaurants in close proximity. Wonderful place!

Cons:

Ice machine broken on the 3rd floor. Had to travel to the 2nd floor to get ice and to the library to fill up our water bottles. Minor inconvenience but not a big deal.

Wonderful for Multi-night Stays
Pros:

The facility was great with a sofa bed separate from the bed, a functional kitchenette, and good bathroom. This makes multi night stays very comfortable. They had an excellent breakfast, a good exercise room, and a guest laundry.

Cons:

The bedding is a little funky and thin. It was fine but could be nicer.

Home2Suites was very disappoining
Pros:

I am a loyal Hilton brand customer. I will never again stay at the Home2Suites in Lexington Hamburg for several reasons. The grounds were not well maintained, the interior was not well kept, the carpet on the carts were filthy, and the breakfast was deplorable. The room was satisfactory. I have very low expectations for the food quality at all Hilton brand hotels, but I will have a cup of coffee and a piece of toast with peanut butter. The Lexington/Hamburg Home2Suites buffet did not have 1/2&1/2 for coffee, and there was no butter or peanut butter for the toast. A staff member did verify that they did not have 1/2&1/2, butter, and peanut butter in the kitchen. I appreciated how kind the staff was, but very disappointed in the hotel overall.

Pros:

We arrived early so the first lady at check-in was rude but the man that we actually checked-in with later was very professional and nice. The breakfast bar could be better. The rooms were excellent!

This trip was for my grandbabies to just get them out of the house for a weekend an let them unwind and swim! The suites
Pros:

I liked that it was located in a perfect location for doing everything, from shopping to eating to watching a show,You could do it! My grand babies loved loved loved the pool and felt comfortable and at home as well!

Cons:

They don't offer a late check out if needed for emergency situations, they just say, No we are sold out, every suite has been booked.
