Gran experiencia
Pros:

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, nos hicieron un upgrade a OZ Luxury gratis y, además, un upgrade de habitación, fue todo muy bueno.
Nos recbibieron con un jugo y nos despidieron con agua

Extremely disappointing experience and the poorest treatment we have ever received from a hotel.

The location was convenient, and the room itself was spacious. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the way our reservation was handled, the cleanliness and the overall service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. We booked and paid for Oz Hotel Luxury several months in advance, but upon arrival we understood from reception that there was no room available for us and that we therefore had to move to another Oz Hotel. Communication was extremely difficult as the receptionist assisting us did not speak English. Only after we had travelled to the other hotel, checked in and unpacked were we told that we could actually choose to return. After travelling all day, we did not want to pack everything again and move hotels yet another time.

This was especially frustrating because before our arrival, the hotel had contacted us describing the alternative as an optional complimentary “upgrade.”

Unfortunately, the standard of the hotel itself was also disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The soundproofing was very poor, and when guests in other rooms played music, we could clearly hear it inside our room. There was also water dripping from the ceiling in the hotel lobby, which did not give a good impression of the maintenance of the property.

Breakfast was disappointing, with some items seeming underbaked or poorly prepared. We later discovered that additional items such as pancakes and chorizo could be ordered, but this was not stated on a menu or explained to us, so we had no way of knowing these options were available.

We paid 969,260 COP, while the registration document at the hotel we were moved to stated “TOTAL PLAN: 323,087 COP.” We raised our concerns directly with reception and asked for compensation, but this was refused. The manager later contacted us and offered special discounts on a future stay instead. After this experience, we will not be returning, so an offer that requires us to book and pay for another stay does not resolve our complaint.

Amazing hotel in Cartagena.
Pros:

The staff is above the bar.
Breakfast buffet was top, with plenty of local options freshly made with quality ingredients.
Large rooms with comfortable mattresses.
Near the beach, restaurants and easy to get to the city center.

De cara já ganhamos um upgrade para o Oz Hotel

Adoramos nossa hospedagem neste hotel. Desde a nossa chegada, a cordialidade, a gentileza e a hospitalidade de toda a equipe nos fizeram sentir verdadeiramente bem-vindos.

O hotel é lindo, elegante e muito aconchegante. O quarto era impecável, com lençóis e roupas de cama de excelente qualidade e extremamente confortáveis. Um detalhe que fez toda a diferença para nós foi o ar-condicionado permanecer ligado o tempo todo. Em muitos hotéis ele é desligado quando o hóspede sai, mas voltar de um dia de calor em Cartagena e encontrar o quarto bem fresquinho foi simplesmente maravilhoso.

As instalações são muito bem cuidadas, com um acabamento impecável e de muito bom gosto. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial: delicioso, variado e com opções diferentes todos os dias. Adoramos, principalmente, os sucos naturais preparados com diversas frutas colombianas, uma experiência deliciosa e diferente.

Parabenizamos toda a equipe pelo excelente atendimento e agradecemos por terem tornado nossa estadia tão especial. Sem dúvida voltaríamos e recomendamos este hotel de olhos fechados para quem visitar Cartagena, especialmente aos brasileiros que valorizam conforto, limpeza, hospitalidade e um atendimento de excelência.

Tuve una excelente experiencia durante mi hospedaje. El servicio fue impecable desde el momento del check-in hasta la salida. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien equipadas, y las instalaciones del hotel se encontraban en excelentes condiciones. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente por su calidad y excelente atención.

Maravillosos días de descanso
Pros:

Me encantó la amabilidad del personal, el gerente super amable y atento porque tenemos un bebé y siempre estuvo pendiente. La habitación de la nueva línea luxury espectacular, la limpieza a diario excelente. Nos dieron toallas para ir a la playa. De verdad cuando regrese a Cartagena me quedo acá nuevamente. La comida del restaurante súper deliciosa, no dejen de probar el róbalo frito.

Una estadía cómoda, tranquila y con buen desayuno.

El desayuno fue espectacular, buena comida y mucha variedad. Buen café. La cama muy cómoda y limpia y el aire acondicionado excelente.

Cons:

El hotel Oz Luxury nos regaló un almuerzo de cortesía en el restaurante del Hotel OZ Grand, pero al llegar a ese hotel la persona que nos recibió empleo un lenguaje desalentador. Nos dijo algo así: "bueno les comentó, está cortesía solo incluye pasta y pollo" y la verdad, es incomodo ese trato. Hay que saber decir las cosas. Y el almuerzo era una cantidad muy pequeña. La verdad, hubiera preferido que no me enviaran a ese otro hotel, porque Oz Luxury tiene muy buena atención, en general el personal es gentil y respetuoso.
