Staff doing a great job and keeps the standards high..next to the beach and they provided towels..clean and amazing view from our room
Not good breakfast..average i could describe it..also next to us to another room there was an old man (client of hotel) that he smoked drugs all day and night and all the floor smells awfully..i had to close my windows for avoiding the bad smell.that wasn't hotel's false but they could tell him something..i dont have any complaints from hotel and i highly recommend it because of the place, the staff and the view! Keep up the good work

Tenía reserva en este hotel y al llegar me pasaron a otro hotel de la cadena sin explicación alguna, el otro hotel era de menor categoría.

El personal es excelente, todos los chicos son super amables, la atención es siempre oportuna y amable, felicitó al área de recursos humanos, tienen un personal excepcional. Las instalaciones impecables, le hicieron aseo a la habitación a diario y el desayuno incluido es un WOW me encantó la cantidad de opciones que ofrecieron en cada desayuno, y la ubicación nos parecio buena, queda en taxi a 15min de la ciudad amurallada, a 5min caminando de las playas de Bocagrande, a pocos minutos de la salida de lanchas a otras islas, restaurantes, centro comerciales, lavanderías, panadería, hay de todo en el sector y si vas con niños queda a 2min de un parque público nuevo que les gustará, recomendamos a OZ hotel ya sea que vayas solo o con tu familia.

Iniciando com upgrade de quarto, seguindo de cocktail de boas vindas, mimos ao chegar no quarto (simples, mas um gesto que fazia toda a diferença). Todos os funcionários alegres e prestativos para que tivéssemos a melhor experiência. Café da manhã com muitas opções além de ovos e omelete feitos na hora.
Nao ha do que reclamar. Apenas elogios.
