Small problems add up.
Pros:

The room was clean, modern and spacious enough. The breakfast was well maintained and plentiful. The workout facilities we good.

Cons:

We were away on a family trip for a competition. As many do, I was hoping to work remotely while we were there. The wifi was miserable. Countless outages, mostly unusable, if it worked at all. I only received the canned "we're working on it" reply when I commented to it at the front desk. If you intend to work remotely at all, I would suggest being prepared with a hot spot. Be warned though that there are many places in the hotel that act like a faraday cage, not allowing outside signal. I ended up burning several days worth of PTO, effectively doubling the cost of our stay. Our toilet valve was broken requiring us to manually trigger the valve to refill the toilet. This took several days after I was told that it would be fixed to actually get a fully functioning toilet. Lastly, the ac was loud. On our last night it woke us all up sounding like it was trying to shake itself from the wall. Many small and some costly annoyances made it impossible to ever feel relaxed. I went down to the front desk enough times that they just started texting me. At no point was I asked if there was anything they could do to compensate or make our stay better. Those days are gone. Pay, stay and if its uncomfortable for any reason, they don't care, deal with it.

Pros:

The location to the Mall of America and the cleanliness.

Cons:

The pillows had zero support, bringing your is recommended. Breakfast was to be served until 10 am, when I got down there at 9:30 am the workers had about 80% of the food cleaned up already.

Very Nice Hotel and close to Mall

Cons:

The layout for waffles should be separate if possible. People waiting for plates and forks stood in line with people waiting for waffles and they were confused and did not want to PASS them. Kept people bunched up.
