Hotel staff was nice but need to communicate with each other.

I did like how close it was to summerfest grounds.

On arrival we came to the unload area and myself and kids came in to check in. We were put on the 4th floor where we found a multi tool kit wedged in the door as well as a dust mop and a chemical spray in the door way. The room reeked of paint. So I went back to the office where there was only one guy helping all the guest check in. He did move me immediately to the ground floor but. Pearly had no idea what was going on in the hotel rooms. The ONE functioning elevator took forever, making the room change an even longer process. We went to our event late and came back even later and had pizza delivered. Next morning we were woke up by a housekeeper banging on the door asking if we were checking out or staying. I told her we were checking out at a 11, she repeated back and walked away….. the beds were hard and the pillows were so thin and honestly the room could of been cleaned. Honestly will be trying a different hotel when we come back to Milwaukee.

The location is within walking distance of dozens of attractions. We strolled to the Fiserv Forum and Third Ward. The building seemed new and clean. Breakfast was included. ☺️

Pros:

I traveled with a coworker to Milwaukee for a business meeting and we both enjoyed. The rooms are contemporary and larger than typical hotel suites. The kitchen in every room comes with all amenities. The hotel is walking distance to the convention center and Third Ward. Complimentary breakfast had good variety.

Pros:

Not as a business trip but traveled with my family for a holiday weekend and this hotel was a comfortable home base. The room was bigger than we thought, and it had a full kitchen that made meal prep easy. We walked to the Public Market and in the Third Ward without a car. The hotel is new and the area very safe.
