Uncomfortable bed dominated my feelings about an otherwise excellent value.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff friendly, and modern/clean facility.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, so much so that my back hurt throughout the next day. This factor overrode the many positives described to the extent that overall rating was decent due to great value and facilities.
