Memorável
Pros:

A atmosfera do ambiente é muito boa, os funcionários são todos prestativos e solícitos, me sinto em um ambiente familiar. O local era limpo, o que importa muito pra mim. Eu adorei a estadia. Sentamos na parte de fora eu e meu marido, tomamos um vinho ao ar livre, só faltou uma firepit. Meus filhos brincaram na piscina depois do parque e adoraram! Obrigada a toda equipe.

Cons:

O chuveiro era muito ruim, foi péssimo lavar meu cabelo lá, a água era muito fraca e não aquecia muito. Foi o único ponto negativo.

Would stay there again.
Pros:

We had a handicap room for my mom and me. Care was taken to make things safe for her. She was able to move through the room with ease, and the bathroom was amazingly set up for safety purposes for the handicap. The price was fair. The continental breakfast was good. Even had gluten-free items for my granddaughter who has celiac disease. It’s a place. I would definitely stay again. I was extremely happy with it.
Your staff was very pleasant and took good care

Cons:

The only complaint I would have, is that in the handicap bathroom a chair is needed for dressing purposes.

The handicap accommodations were exceptional it was a great hotel to stay at.

It was very expensive but I was happy there I wish it wasn't so expensive I'd always stay at a tru if I could afford it

Overall Good Experience but Leaves a little to be desired in some areas.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and the room was very clean when arriving. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

There is no bureaus or closets and their recommendation if you need more room is to use under the bed. The proximity to Hersey Park is good. The pictures online made it seem like there was a lake nearby with paddle boats and a hiking trail. There isn’t. Which is fine I just don’t appreciate false advertising.

I would try and book a better hotel with a better and a better location.

Cons:

Not just this hotel. All the Hotels usually provide the booking.com clients with the rooms that are located in the back side of the hotel. The location is not quite close to the tourist attractions. The breakfast area is small. No suite or large room.

Pleasantly surprised for the value as my expectations were very low. I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised as I usual lower my expectations on these "lower end" sister chains of major hotel groups. The facilities were clean, the included breakfast was great and the rooms were perfect for our short 2 night stay to go to Hershey Park. I was surprised to find a mini fridge in the room, as it didnt state this in the website and there is 24/7 coffee bar available in the lobby and a microwave in the lobby. The staff were all helpful and kind and kept the place very clean. Would def stay again.

Cons:

The EV charger was only available for Hilton Rewards members and so was the complimentary bottled waters - usually hotels have at least a bottle or 2 in the rooms (The FD clerk was kind enough to offer us the bottled water for the kids)

Clean and comfortable but pricey and don’t expect to have a good breakfast
Pros:

Easy check-in, nice staff, clean and very comfortable bed.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t very good with few options with some undercooked. Hotel was overpriced for what you got.

Nice overnight stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location was good for us since it was just off the freeway, and we were continuing our road trip. The hotel was newer and my grandchild loved the indoor pool.

Cons:

Although we liked the convenience of the hotel being just off the freeway, there were no nearby restaurants.
