We really enjoyed our 17-day stay at this hotel.

One of the things we appreciated the most was the excellent housekeeping. Our room was cleaned very frequently, almost every three days and sometimes even more often. The bed linen was completely changed, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and our towels were replaced every other day. They always left us plenty of fresh towels — more than enough to use a new one several times a day if needed. The cleanliness and quality of the housekeeping were truly excellent.

We also had some issues with the hotel payment, but the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us, even allowing us to stay for one night without payment and helping us resolve the issue the following morning. They were also trying to find a solution late at night, which we really appreciated. A huge thank you to the staff for being so kind and accommodating.

The location was also very convenient. One train station was about a five-minute walk away, and another was around ten minutes away. We could reach the city center without changing trains, and many other places were also easily accessible without transfers, which made our stay much more comfortable.

There were also plenty of grocery stores and local restaurants in the neighborhood, so everything we needed was close by.

Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and were really happy with the cleanliness, location, and especially the helpful and accommodating staff. Thank you for making our 17-day stay so pleasant!

Cons:

The only thing we found inconvenient was the lack of a wardrobe or enough storage space. There were three of us staying in the room for 17 days, so we had quite a lot of luggage. Because there was no wardrobe, we had to open our large suitcases almost every day to take out our clothes.

Unfortunately, the room did not have enough space to keep several suitcases open at the same time, so it sometimes felt quite cramped. We even moved the trash bin out into the corridor to make a little more space in the room.

This was really the only disadvantage for three people staying for a longer period of time. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, and we were very happy with our stay.

Very kind and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and peaceful. The check-in process was confusing but once we examined the direct messages from the hotel, it became easier.

Cons:

The third party registration app requiring passport photos was very intrusive and cumbersome. There was a rude guest staying in the room above us and they were loud and made it difficult for us to sleep.

Love the location and the room size but some furniture needs a refresh.

Cons:

Room were a little dirty and need to. D clean better. Also the bunk beds needs to fixed. It creeks when someone moves around. The bedding needs to be refreshed.

It’s a good choice to stay especially if your journey with Disney planned and your flight landing on 羽田空港
Pros:

4 beds in one room and the service agent response my question correctly. The room design is nice!

Cons:

The trash bag is not enough, we stay for 5 nights, we used the other plastic bags to pack the trash from 4th night. But I don’t think it’s a big problem. Generally I still recommend this hotel. The bed is little bit small but still fine.
