Clean, modern and affordable. Very helpful attendant. We had a small medical urgency to take care of and the staff took good care of the situation and was very helpful. Truly appreciated!

Très bonne expérience en famille. Bel hôtel, moderne, agréable et tranquille, situé dans un quartier sympa et pratique pour visiter Kyoto (proche d'un métro). Personnel accueillant. La chambre lits jumeaux Deluxe était plutôt grande, avec petit canapé, et très propre. Seul bémols: pas de rangements pour les vêtements et l'une de nos chambres donnait sur la rue un peu bruyante, mais l'autre était plus au calme. Nous avons tous passé un très bon séjour.
Rien de majeur. Seuls le manque de rangements et le bruit de la circulation pour les chambre donnant sur la rue peuvent être gênants.
From the moment we walked into the hotel, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was considering we had no experience in Kyoto before our visit. The room we had was spacious and comfortable considering we were in Kyoto for several days for our trip. We were happy with the comfort of the beds, the amenities provided within the room, and the excellent service provided to maintaining our room throughout our visit. The staff and the lobby bar bartenders were extremely welcoming and provided us with excellent hospitality. We enjoyed every moment of our visit and I cannot wait to return again! This hotel will absolutely be the hotel I book for every Kyoto trip moving forward!
I stayed at this hotel for 6 days. It’s like 2 blocks away from the train station and like 100 feet from a 7-11. Super tourist friendly, and most of the staff speaks English well enough to get what you need. The bar drinks and cafe food are reasonably priced and delicious if you don’t want to leave the hotel to do either. Lastly , the only downside is the rooms are a bit tiny but they make up for in comfy beds, and clean bathrooms. Room service also puts fresh water in your rooms in the morning which is always nice after a long day and you forget to stop and buy one. 5/5 - awesome.
The folks at the Park Hotel were very attentive to our needs, friendly and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable and clean. We had very good breakfast and dinner on multiple days as well as other places close by. Both the hotel and bar/kitchen manager were professional and courteous.
Service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of well prepared offerings. Great selection of Japanese whiskey and Sochu. Manager recommended a local izakaya where we had an excellent dinner. The receptionist called for our taxi’s and always made sure the driver understood where we wanted to go. All in all the staff was extremely warm and helpful.
