Pros:

Room set up was great. My kids loved having a safe for them to watch TV at night.

Cons:

The incredibly loud cars and drunk people on the street. We were on the second to top floor and couldn't believe how loud it was.

I don’t think it’s a 5 star hotel. But it is a nice hotel. A couple minor things that made my stay a little less than really good.

I think that the Sutton is the best hotel in Halifax !
Pros:

the room was excellent - spacious , well, appointed, clean - the bathroom was perfect - well lit, super clean , heated floor and lovely toiletries

Cons:

the bathrobe was acrylic , therefore non absorbent hot and uncomfortable - and the bath towels were too small - bath sheets would be luxe
