Location its beautiful , food was amazing the breakfast egg and bacon burger was so good my husband ordered 2 and also 3 coffees! The Indian meal the night we arrived was delish! Loved the fish and prawn curry.

Great location and accommodation
Pros:

The location was very peaceful, across the road from the beach. Coffee was fab from the cafe and there was a great range of food and beverages to choose from. The morning was definitely a hub for the locals and staff were lovely.

Very spacious and clean. Breakfast is included and it tastes really good! The dog is cute!

There’s not much resto / supermarket nearby and will need a 10mins drive to Port Campbell.

Schöne Lage für die Great Ocean Road.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt am Meer. Allerdings kein Ausblick aus den Zimmern.
Sehr nettes Personal. Die Betreiber waren sehr gastfreundlich.
Es hat ein gewisses Hostel-Feeling. Es gibt sogar einen Gemeinschaftsraum.
Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen werden angeboten.
Wer die Great Ocean Road fährt, findet hier eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, nahe bei den 12 Aposteln.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung wirkt hübsch und modern, ist aber eher einfach. Kein Housekeeping während unseres Aufenthalts.
Die Sauberkeit insgesamt könnte besser sein.

Good location for the Ocean Road
Pros:

The property was conveniently located on the Great Ocean Road, the room was very clean & spacious.

Cons:

If the hotel restaurant is not open there is not much around it and what there is closes early.

It was nice enough but way over priced for the facilities.
Pros:

The location is great, right across from the beach. Female owner very friendly. Parking convenient right in front of room.

Cons:

No table in the room or on the small shared patio. Beds were not comfortable. Almost cot-like. there were a couple of uncomfortable chairs in the room.
