自転車旅向けの宿
Pros:

Nice, but not during a heatwave!
Pros:

Objectively, the hotel was fine as was the room. Had we visited in winter (or spring, autumn, or the cooler summer days), I'd probably be raving about how fair and decent it was. But we visited during the summer heatwave...

On the flip side, if you enjoy Thai or Moroccan mid-afternoon temperatures, then this is the place for you! :)

Cons:

Context: We stayed during the heatwave. Any other time - and I would have rated this hotel an 8 or 9.

In this specific context - the absence of Air conditioning, the room was unbearable! We had a balcony but it was of no help as the hotel is in a courtyard, so there was little to no airflow (with the courtyard being surrounded by buildings). Unfortunately, the heat, combined with the lack of wind and a fan circulating hot stale stagnant air made sleep impossible for us.

I know it's slightly unfair as Air Conditioning is uncommon in Germany, especially in smaller hotels and those in smaller towns. However, as our climate changes, I feel such establishments need to decide if they adapt or maintain status quo.

Übernachtung war eigentlich nur für einen frühen Abflug geplant, aber wir wurden positiv überrascht.
Pros:

Sehr netter Empfang, Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, Mainufer mit schönem Spazierweg in kurzer Entfernung, hervorragende Lage zur S-Bahn und sehr gute Anbindung an den Flughafen.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

The staff waited for us to check in after our flight was delayed and where easily contactable through the booking.com app so that we could let them know we were late. The location is really close to the airport and connections to the airport are also easy to get to. The room was big, the bathroom, although small, was enough for the one night.

Für eine nacht ok
Pros:

Größe des zimmers ganz gut. Direkt neben dem bahnhof. Mehrere restaurants direkt nebenan

Cons:

Leider keine klimaanlage, nur ein ventilator (nützt bei 30° leider nicht viel)Kein wasserkocher, nichtmal eine kleine flasche wasser auf dem zimmer..für den hotelpreis könnte man das erwarten...
