Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Multiple reviews explicitly state rooms and hotel are clean and well kept; occasional bathroom issues (leak, older finishes) and some humidity/odour reports near spa/pool reduce a perfect score.
Service
8.8
Numerous comments praise friendly, helpful staff and good customer service across languages; a few logistical issues with room placement/requests were reported but overall service is strong.
Location
8.8
Frequently mentioned as centrally located and close to main sights/restaurants with private parking available; some guests noted street noise heard from rooms.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms are described as large, classic and well maintained by several guests, but some mention bathroom wear/maintenance problems, missing toiletries/iron and unmet requests (balconies, adjacent rooms).
Amenities
8.3
Spa, pool, sauna and hammam are repeatedly cited as a major benefit and included in the price; however pool quality and occasional unpleasant odours in the spa area are reported.
Value for Money
8.6
Multiple reviewers explicitly note good value and affordable pricing for the included spa and location, supporting a strong score for value.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast reviews are mixed: several guests enjoyed it, but others found it not very varied or below expectations (some explicitly advise not to recommend), lowering this category.
Overall Experience
8.1
Overall impression is positive — clean, well-located hotel with friendly staff and good spa — tempered by inconsistent breakfast, occasional smells, minor room/bath issues and some logistical problems.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Convenient hotel in Pitesti
Pros:

Conveniently situated close to city centre and local parks with parking. The room was large and the air conditioning functional. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Key card to turn on electricity so no device charging when out of the room.
The bed was hard and a couple of the springs were in the process of escaping from the mattress. Not very comfortable !

Pros:

Personál bol milý a ústretový. Dobrá poloha blízko centra, parkovisko zadarmo.

Cons:
