We booked this Treebo property specifically because it was advertised with wheelchair accessibility, clean modern rooms, and good facilities. We had my 81-year-old mother with us who uses a wheelchair.
Just as we were already on the flight at 10:30 pm, the hotel informed us they were moving us to a different Treebo hotel. The photos on Booking.com turned out to be completely misleading – the actual rooms were dusty, with burnt/melted plug points, a non-working TV, non-working phone line, and a kettle that didn't work. Water pressure was extremely low, and the bathroom had only a bathtub with a bucket and jug.
The new hotel had stairs and was not wheelchair accessible at all, despite our original booking. The next morning, the lift stopped working while we were on the 3rd floor. Staff had no idea it had failed. We were stuck for hours with no assistance or updates – I had to call reception multiple times on my mobile. I eventually suggested carrying my mother down the stairs but seemed completely unprepared. Even after the lift was supposedly fixed, no one informed us; I had to call again in the late afternoon.
Plates with leftover food were left outside rooms for long periods, attracting cats that scattered food everywhere. Drinking water was provided only on check-in; we had to repeatedly ask for more the next day. Staff responses were consistently “I just came on duty, I don’t know, I’ll look into it,” but nothing improved.
We requested a room on the ground floor due to the unreliable lift and asked for a full refund, but both were refused.
This experience was stressful and unsafe, especially with an elderly family member who has mobility issues. The heavy reliance on misleading photos and last-minute property switches feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. We would strongly advise other guests – particularly those needing accessibility – to avoid Treebo properties booked through this platform.

Food
There was nothing at all that I could like or appreciate. From support staff till the food or be it their hospitality or room arrangements, everything was worse.
The beds in my room used to be making creaking sound throughout the night due to which my 1 year old kid couldn't sleep at all for all 3 days in the night. When complaining to the support staff, they took it so lightly without taking any corrective actions
