Location is within 20 mins walking distance from queen street, britomart, ferries and train stations. Its quiet, love the area. We always stay here when we come to Auckland

Fabulous
Pros:

Loved the location. Very good breakfast. Had a choice of where we went for breakfast. Wonderful service. It was my husband's birthday so they left a bottle of wine for us. Would sray again at this place as easy bus ride to town
